Lovely friendly and helpful staff especially the shift manager this morning (25/10/23). Parking: This store is located on a high street so no parking is available that I could see. Kid-friendliness: There were hats made up for little ones to have that I've not seen in other Mcdonalds stores, a nice touch that will go a long way in making a child's visit even more special. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair users should have no issue when visiting this store as the accessible toilet is downstairs and in a clean and tidy state.

Been 3 times over school holidays they got my order wrong all 3 times ....one time ordered a double sausage MC muffin...gave me one patty went to counter and offered to give me a single Patti to put inside my mcmuffin ...I said no I want a fresh one plus I've had a bite and realised the mistake I want what I paid for ...the reason why they made a mistake the mangers are too busy thinking they are some kind of god like being stood about being cringey with other staff members...I know this because I stood and watched their behaviour s I feel sorry for the other staff that work there I really do ....I think that place needs a real good re-shuffle of management.......totally unprofessional attit...
