"I was in this McDonald’s and it was relatively busy but I won’t complain to much about that as I am a business woman and understand that in city centres like Glasgow this is to be expected. As I was waiting for my companions food I was holding my tray when a old small man cornered me and started to repeatedly tell me to close my eyes as it was very busy people were staring but not interacting, once I did not close my eyes he started pressuring my companion to tell me to close my eyes , obviously she declined , after much pressuring and cornering he stole some of my chips and ran. I was shocked by this happening as all the bystanders including ur staff didn’t intervene or help me in anyway. In past adventures to your shop I have seen children lighting fires and you have frequently not had things available like bakery items and sides. I have also had past experience from your toilets they are locked and there is no way to tell how to get in I have had to restrict my needs my rights because of a code in your bathroom. In conclusion I would just like you and your staff to be more aware of what is happening even if it’s busy and I would like an improvement on the toilets being locked and giving me a way to get in Kindness regards xx"

shocking. 35 minutes only waited for 2 drinks. these are thirty five minutes for 2 drinks that the staff could no longer be helpful. I wouldn't give a star if I could.

essservice was in order, but I and my friend (we are both 15) were followed and categorized by a group of 7 or 8 men all in the age of 20 years. security must be improved, we didn't feel safe. Ver carta

Terrible experience, should do better. Ordered a Grand Big Mac which should come with two beef patties. I requested that just ONE of the patties be removed. Someone decided I didn't deserve any patty at all and just gave me buns and lettuce. Was terribly disappointed when I wanted to have my meal at work.

the order screens did not work properly, gave them no confirmation or allowed them to pay with the card. the screen that shows the status of the entries also did not work. waited 35 minutes, just to call out my order number and it is a completely different order for someone else. will not use this mcdonald’s again
