I have checked all rooms health and safety at mcdonald's i always very busy hard worked i am proud my employer

Every time I order on just eat they completely mess up the order. I don’t know how it’s so hard to read a ticket and pour the right drink but **** hell….6 brain cells between every staff member in that place. I recommend the staff go back to cocomelon to at least learn the basics.

Called on a Tuesday evening. Awful, can't find anything nice to say anything about this dump. Dirty tables piled up with rubbish. Staff unfriendly, not trained. Constant mix up with orders. Cold burger no napkins. Also and not McDonalds fault but under constant attack from about 15 feral teenagers. Police there. Never again!

Came in with my partner to grab some food at around lunchtime and when I order the Big Mac large meal they told me they do not serve this meal here and I couldn’t understand why they would lie to me what macdonalds does not sell the Big Mac meal if they didn’t have the large boxes or cups i would have happily took a medium I explained this to the person serving me but they looked at me as if I was daft

melon was better in Englands maccies, i’d rate the melon a solid 6.5/10. chicken wrap was scrumptious. we accidentally got given extra bbq sauce (but no complaints). drinks were pretty mid but i think that’s because the ice had melted by the time we got home so i had to drink a watery sprite the staff there were okay but other surrounding costumers were shouting at the staff caused stress for me but it’s okay the food was nice

This js an will be my last vist as I had bought a chicken burger at £3 19is fefi not worth as jr didn't had any flavour what so ever as the roll was dry.i spat it out an never had my dinner wrap I also bought was as bad ab the fries so cold . Over Al for what I paid for I could of got chipi which would off been much better.im bow staying away from this is the worst fast food chain I took a picture of the burger ir won't let me post it

Used drive through at around 1230 hrs on the 19th of July 2023..here nearly every couple of days.....servers who take payment as always frienfly enough....but girl serving at food hatch, face was tripping her..didnt even look at us or speak, just one hand out of the window with our food, she had a white shirt on which is different to usual staff uniform so i take it she was some sort of manager or similar...order was way wrong also but couldnt be bothered facing similar poor service so didnt drive back...very poor service and from a business point of view this is not how managers should operate...dissapointed!

Tried ordering 10.45am for breakfast for my children as a bank holiday treat!! Was unsuccessful as app kept crashing!! However got to the drive thru at 2 mins to 11.00am l, waited 30 secs had to beep and eventually an adviser came to the speaker!! To be told we’re not doing breakfast for you the manager said, didn’t take into consideration that’s their app wouldn’t work!! I was in this McDonald’s and it was relatively busy but I won’t complain to much about that as I am a business woman and understand that in city centres like Glasgow this is to be expected. As I was waiting for my companions food I was holding my tray when a old small man cornered me and started to repeatedly tell me to close my eyes as it was very busy people were staring but not interacting, once I did not close my eyes he started pressuring my companion to tell me to close my eyes , obviously she declined , after much pressuring and cornering he stole some of my chips and ran.
