"The worst service I ever got in a McDonald 's. Today I went there again and had to change my comment on google maps. It is like a normal McDonald 's but near (or inside) a main station. Has always a queue and the staff is not friendly. And today I went there with my mother in law, we order enough food to take home for 4 people. The first problem is that the person serving us couldn 't understand what we were saying. I Am also a foreigner living in Germany and I know that the language is hard to learn, but if you don 't understand something just ask help from your colleagues. But that was not even the main problem. In the end I asked if everything was in the bag, and she answered yes . Arriving home it was missing a portion of chips and one hamburger. I called there and they said that I should come with the bill to pick up what was missing. The same person who served us was still there so I went directly to her, showing the bill she remembered that the hamburger was missing but said that she couldn 't give me the 4th porting of chips because it was not on the bill (her fault). I didn 't have money with me this time so I couldn 't buy it.. Anyways she turned to serve other costumers without giving me the missing hamburger (which was already paid for). I told her to give the hamburger (not in a nice tone, I agree) and she gave me and told me to calm down . Honestly I just wanted to go back home and try to finish my meal with my family.. So I went out of the McDonald 's as fast as I could. However this is not a way to treat costumers, and the missing chips was her fault, so at least she should have given me one portion for free... Anyways, I wish you will be luckier than me when you go there. And don 't forget to check what they put inside your bag."

Very dated and unclean McDonalds, staff is unfriendly and forgot parts of our order. Fries were not salted.

Service is really good and English friendly. Was able to get my food in a timely manner and they seemed to be opened for lunch menu items all morning and day. A great place to grab something to eat Bedford your next train ride.

I have no words!!!!! I found a cockroach in my Mc Donalds Salad. This is crazy and disgusting at the same time. This is the Mc Donalds in the train station area. When I called the Manager, he said: An insect will not kill you as he is an insect expert.

Sometimes I go there for a coffee to wait for the train and work on my projects. Very friendly and funny staff, clean and tidy tables, good internet connection and very nice music playlist (ambient lounge)! The coffee is better than in other bars and the cookies/cakes are delicious. Sometimes it is a bit crowded but it's something to expect in a Mc Donald's restaurant.

I have never been a fan of McDonald’s, but I decided to give their cold drinks a try when I was in Heidelberg station because I could not find any other shops. I checked the menu outside and asked for a Frappe. Then, they told me they have 2 Frappe options so I picked one of them and when I saw what they were mixing I was shocked! They added to a cup of ice some bottled milk and bottled cold coffee! That was the frappe for them! I could have bought these items and mixed them from any shop myself! They need to train their staff to make proper drinks before they add them to a menu! I gave the 1 star option because there is no 0 star option
