Always a great experience at this McDonald’s. The staff are so polite and friendly and our orders are always correct. Highly recommend

Not very fast service and had to go back for a missing item but to be honest other than that, the food was great so I can’t complain! We’re all human and make mistakes sometimes, have a great day guys!

Mya the Customer Service Manager here is irreplaceable. Such a beautiful person who was incredibly helpful when my mother and I were having issues. She wasn't happy until we were happy. This location has a gem in her. Ver carta

The food was delicious and served quickly, and our order adjustments were made as requested. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant left something to be desired, as there were a few dirty tables despite it not being busy.

The staff on site are always helpful, there's a lovely female there deals with the cleaning side and helping out with other stuff, totally forgotten her name, But She's an absolute Star, Always Helpful, Credit it where Credits due, she's always happy, and goes out of her way to help us out.. #Great TeamWork, #Mcdonalds Petersfeld.. #RSH..

Fantastic experience at this McDonald’s but mainly due to the cleanliness of the place, the guy was so meticulous with cleaning. The chairs and tables were just spotless I think he was called Liam but he took such care and attention had to mention it, even making little saucers for ketchup and bbq sauce so help with any spills ! I haven't been to McDonald's in years, possibly since the last time was in New Orleans in 1985. I was very impressed with how easy it was to order using the screen. I had a cheeseburger, fries, and a coffee, and my meal was ready in minutes. The food was delicious, and the cappuccino coffee was very good. It was a great experience and affordable too. I will definitely be going back more often.

It was very busy when we arrived as it was Sunday lunchtime but we soon found seats for all of us. The food came out quickly and one of the sandwiches, fillet of fish, wasn't liked due to the sauce so they swapped it for one without the sauce with no problem. The restaurant was being cleaned constantly and was very well staffed. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. We never usually eat at McDonald's but this was a very pleasant experience and would happily go to this one again.

I have Coeliac Disease which means I have to adhere to a strictly gluten free diet 100% of the time and although there are very limited gluten free options at McDonald’s in the UK for us coeliacs, I have to give a special commendation to Mya (Customer Experience Leader I believe) who made sure I not only had food options, but made me feel so comfortable and safe. She took ownership of my meal herself and went over and above what I usually experience at McDonald’s, such as putting on gloves to make my meal, making my chips fresh so they would not be contaminated by gluten-containing foods and packaging up mine and my partners meal in separate bags.
