"I attended McDonald’s on Sunday the of November for breakfast with family I placed order at and was still waiting at when order arrived it was not cooked properly took back and then the replacement was cold asked to speak to manager waited and still never got to speak to them. staff were so under pressure, staff standing about not knowing what they were to do, was a total disgrace."

Usual for McDonalds. Service is good at this one. Atmosphere is pretty poor. If your looking for a quick munch, this is a good shout. Be careful when driving out exit is tight. Ver carta

Very efficient and very clean. Alison who greeted us was brilliant and very good with kids and attentive. Actually had a conversation with us instead of treating us like a number

Great customer service in the drive through, even though it was busy and our order was miss heard, we were directed to wait in the grill and the changed order came out within minutes. The girl on the till was polite, prompt and well presented.

Fed up with you getting my order wrong. Specifically asked for burger with no cheese, pickle etc and managed to guess what a burger with cheese. Tried to phone no answer. This is the umpteenth time this has happened it should not be this difficult to follow instructions Ver carta

Complained about this problem over the years but remains same, simple enough to put the burger in the middle of the bun but staff would rather have it mostly hanging out for you to rip of the bun and reposition.....must be low IQ or discrimination as it's veggie option! I wish i could post the pic its unbelievable

"Credit where credit is due I can't fault this restaurant. Went here for a nice lunch with my daughters and their partners on Saturday afternoon. There was also quite a big wedding going on at the time but that didn't impact our meal as they seem to have a completely separate function suite for weddings. Was nice to see all the wedding guests in their finery in the bar also. Service here was very good. Laid back but attentive. Mains of fish and chips and burgers and steak pie. All freshly cooked. The fish looked especially great. I don't normally eat deserts but decided to try the pear and frangipan tart and they others had the Katsu banana with salted caramel ice cream which we had all never seen before. Delicious apparently. Highly recommend eating here. I thought for the quality of the food and service it was pretty good value too. Also loved the decor. Small issue getting to the hotel as there was some kind of junior rugby tournament going on at the park next door and there was a bit of a traffic jam. Not the fault of the hotel at all of course and only delayed me about 10 minutes. Not sure if it happens every weekend or not but something to be aware of."

"Had a lovely meal this evening with my dad. The staff are so friendly especially the gentleman who I think was the owner. The food was well priced and the service was really quick. Definitely book in advance if you're looking to visit as we seen people get turned away at the door. One of the only restaurants in motherwell that I'd recommend."

"I visited this restaurant on a busy Saturday morning with my wife and daughter. The staff was very nice and we were seated quickly. Our drinks order was taken promptly. I was impressed by the really good breakfast menu. I ordered the full Scottish breakfast without the egg due to an allergy, and instead got an extra potato scone. Others in my party had the pancake stack with bacon. The food was cooked freshly and delivered to our table promptly. In all my travels and stays in various hotels, this was one of the best, if not the best, cooked breakfasts I have ever had. Everything was high quality, fresh, and tasty, including the pancakes. We all left with completely clean plates and are eager to come back and try the lunch menu, which also looks amazing. The restaurant offers great value for money, especially considering the quality of the food and the excellent service provided by the staff."

"Meal Type: Dinner Price per Person: £10–£20 I had an excellent experience during my dinner at this restaurant. The food was truly outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, with attentive staff who made us feel welcomed, also deserving a score of 5. As for the atmosphere, it was inviting and comfortable, again a full 5. I highly recommend trying the Polynesian Pizza, which was a delightful surprise. The Shashlik Kebab and Chicken Kebab were both flavorful and well-prepared, while the Chicken Pakora added a nice touch as an appetizer. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!"

"This is in SCOTLAND! not England! It needs corrected. Me and my fiancée tried this as it used to be a sit in restaurant then relocated somewhere else not local so when we heard it was open again we went down and ordered some food, we got a plain margaretia pizza, arriabatia pasta and carbonara pasta also we got mozzarella sticks with a wee chilli sauce, it was superb! Top class food wish it was able to sit in and eat but the foods real authentic classic Italian home made dishes! We praise the chefs and all there great food as it was one of the best meals we have had in years! Will be coming back here very soon."
