Mcdonald's - Carta

The restaurant doesn't stay open late, but they serve good burgers with fast service and ample parking. However, breakfast service can be a bit slow.

I ordered porridge and was told to wait in a bay. They then totally forgot about me. Absolutely awful service kids serving that just don’t care. Shocking !!!

The restaurant always messes up your order, serves cold food, and when you ask the managers to fix it, they are unhelpful and have a bad attitude, especially a manager named Tammy with scabby lips. Ver carta

The service was a bit slow, but the food was good. The burger was tidier than at other locations. I was disappointed that my Coke was warm and there was no napkin in the takeout bag from the drive-thru.

Luckily we came with our grandchildren. So they could order on the screens. Food was prepared quickly and was hot and tasty. We love McFlurries and apple Pies. The staff were helpful and the place was clean

Whilst waiting for the drive through a man walked down the line asking each car for change to get the bus back in to city !! Made me feel very uncomfortable and venerable . Told the staff and both windows payment and collection both said he is there every day. Police are aware but never attend . Please keep doors locked and window up until last second Ver carta

I ordered a porridge for my young daughter at the drive thru, asked to park up, no problem. Waited 14 mins, small problem. Order arrived without spoon, so I nipped into the store to collect one, medium problem. Got back in the car to give it to my daughter, no syrup, so when back into the store to get one. I wouldn’t go as far to say it’s a big problem, but the service and time spend getting a porridge was well below my expectation.

Worse McDonald’s we have visited it must have been run by a clowns we went through the drive thro to save time but was left parked up for 10 mins then I went in to speak to the management but they must have had the work experience manageress in charge as while we was waiting the poor young girl bringing out meals to all the cars was having to go back in time after time to fetch things left out of the waiting cars orders when she came to our car she asked what we had ordered as they had lost our order. I think we will travel further afield to get another meal and drinks.

I never expect manners anymore at McDonald’s Clifton, as noted by my 6 year olds that “they don’t say please or thank you” but I do expect them to get my order right, and when they don’t, I don’t expect someone with an attitude-Andy the duty manager, manager what a joke. You’re rude, ignorant and argumentative, you have zero customer service skills and I actually didn’t see you move to do one bit of work, so I’m going to go ahead and say lazy too. Don’t bother going if you want hot food, because that doesn’t happen, do go here for rude staff and extremely slow service because that is exactly what you will get Ver carta
