Not good bc I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and I got one and when I called they didn’t answered my call

I visited here to get a burger whilst I was in the area and the service was very very slow. I won't be visiting here again.

The service at High Street Hounslow was impeccable, with friendly and efficient staff. I loved the clean atmosphere of the restaurant.

I work in the Hounslow area and every time I eat this McDonalds without a fail I need to vomit the food makes me vomit clumps seriously disgusting

This was the worst maccies I've ever eaten at. The burgers were badly put together, no taste, soggyish fries and very disappointing. Burger King was SO MUCH BETTER!!

Filthy blocked gents urinals, no soap in dispenser, disabled loo taped closed, stone cold fries, cold cheese on burger, dirty tables, freezing cold restaurant. Unbelievable that they have any customers...... I bet not many go twice!

Visité aquí por una hamburguesa, y me quedé asombrado por el mal servicio. Hubiera pagado en mi tarjeta de crédito y pedí un recibo de la tarjeta, a la que el personal me miraban como si fuese una extraterrestre! Pedí cortésmente varias veces para que se quedó allí mirando en blanco! No visita aquí.

What could he said of a McDonald's restaurant? The food is the same as every other branch! This branch however, always seems to have a huge amount of delivery riders, waiting for orders to deliver, waiting inside and outside! Most branches, do employ this on screen order system, which is supposed to make the process quicker but 8rs not quicker, just easier for the staff! And no doubt to avoid face to face contact, which during the COVID period was handy, but I really think they ought to go back to the old system now. Leave the screens in place, but a placeholder screen saying for the full experience, to order at the counter...

1pic, 5 stars love crispy chicken wraps. was upset when I noticed that I ordered grilled instead of crispy. thanks to the lady who gave me the wrap helping me exchange for the crispy chicken wrap. really appreciated it. 5 star for excellent customer service. wrap was fresh 4 pics, 1 star usually good. but not this time, ordered 2 chilli crispy wraps at 12:31 on 9/6/23 order no 16. lettuce not fresh, mysterious creature found in wrap with chilli sauce on it. more details below: I don't noramlly check my wrap, it happened this time cos my mum was complaining about top of her wrap was empty, so I passed mine to her asking if she wants mine instead, mine was full of green lettuce on top before...
