Mcdonald's - Carta

2 weeks on trott no fries in happy meal. Very slack service. Need to concentrate on customers not cash.

Great service and excellent atmosphere. However, if you're at the counter, the preparation station has grease splashes on the counter and walls. Also, there is food on the floor.

Service was quite quick, despite the fact that it was a busy Saturday afternoon. Staff were polite and friendly, food was what it says in the tin quality is standard and McSpicey was very tasty. Ver carta

Took ages for our food. Went to the drive thru but had to wait 15mins in the car park. Food was dry and over cooked apart from the fries which were under cooked. Not planning on going back to this one anytime soon.

These people are complete morons. My food is always wrong! I went through the drive-thru and the employee screwed up my order, then had the nerve to ask me to drive around again on a busy Saturday. McDonald's needs to get their act together.

Local reputation has been restored. The worst Mcd in the UK. Cold fries, wraps open at the bottom so the contents drop out of the bottom AND apple pies purchased after 6:00pm to be sold pies (cold) that should have been binned 4 hours earlier Disgusting. Ver carta

We called in here last year and my wife slipped and broke her wrist , She has since returned to her job for the n h s .... She has been off work for months . Macdonalds kindly offered her 3 X Ten pounds vouchers .. She still has a lot of Pain ............

I recently purchased a breakfast meal deal but was disappointed to find that there were no hash browns included. How difficult is it to put two items in a bag? This McDonald's is the worst I've ever been to. I will be escalating my complaint as this is simply not good enough.

Not one person wearing a hair net,females touching their hair and face and then packing food not once washed their hands,a staff member was rude to another customer because his pop was half full n asked for it filling properly making hand remarks and sneering at him,the only positive I can make and it was the lady on the floor cleaning the tables. The burgers we ordered were just thrown together and squashed all over the wrapping the new buns were chewy very disappointing visit. Ver carta
