"They accept and even encourage orders through their app, yet they are unable to fulfill the orders. They do not notify customers of this when confirming the order. In my last order, I was missing an apple pie and part of my fries. Although I received the other items, such as a cheese dip and sweet chili dip, the experience was still disappointing. My advice is to check your order before leaving the restaurant, especially for sauces. On two occasions, I received food items that were not edible, such as the veggie deluxe and selected items that were overcooked and hard. The drivers who deliver the food are often rude and lack good hygiene practices. This review is disappointing, and I hope that the franchise owners take note and make improvements. I will continue to leave reviews on TripAdvisor, and I hope to have something more positive to report next time. On a side note, the McDonald's at Enstone Court has a 95% accuracy rate, so perhaps this location could learn from them."

Today ordered a MacDonald the chips are usually brilliant today they was definitely under cooked awful. And again in the delivery no sauce which we ordered always happens something missed .

Come here on a date. The burgers were well nice, got plenty of chips. The saver menu is excellent value as the burgers are tasty. And my fanta was delicious! Will be going here for the second date Ver carta

quite typical mcdonalds served typical burgers etc. the difference I found was the personal. genuinely friendly instead of following a company script, but at the end of the day, mcdonalds is mcdonalds

1 ordered by only eating 2 meals and only 1 drink from 2. 2 my daughter is lactose intolerance, so ordered with no cheese on her big mac, but came with cheese though the label on the box said no cheese

was a couple of times that were missing, the last was yesterday, went through the drive in, ordered large mac meal and some extras, got after home no big mac, it can not be so hard. they said come back and get it -obvily don't go to do that Ver carta

Happy Meal not so happy. Ordered, given food, drove to a park to eat before a walk and what did we find, a scrap of paper saying we owe you one happy meal toy in each of the meals, noting said at time of ordering....Not happy kids, may sound a bit pathetic but it’s the reason they want a Happy Meal let’s be honest, and my burger was cold. Only thing hot was the chips. Disgusting nothing was said at the time. Can you imagine any other retailer doing this.

Firstly this was an Uber eats delivery but not their issue in my opinion. Received a delayed message via app, then another notification saying food was in its way, driver arrived within time expected. Food however was stone cold, not even slightly warm but actually...stone cold and totally vile. Order went straight in the bin. Rang McDonalds and the girl that answered actually couldn’t give a monkeys, didn’t listen, tried telling me that they don’t cook the food until the driver is there ready, absolutely rubbish! I told her that the driver arrived here within 4 minutes as expected but she still basically said it was his fault. Now if I had never eaten in McD’s before I might of brought her...

"I have been searching for a venue to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday next year. He is of Jamaican descent, and we found June Plum and decided to take him there for a meal this year. Upon our arrival at 5:15pm, my daughter gave a cake to a staff member to hide in the kitchen as a surprise for my husband. We requested to place our food order at 5:25pm, but even after our drinks order had been taken and served, our food order was not taken. After a second request, we finally placed our food order. By 6:15pm, we still had not received our food and when we inquired about the delay, we were given a story about the table before us still not being served. At this time, there were only them and us in the restaurant. We were told maybe another 15 minutes for our food, but by 6:30pm, we were still waiting. The front of house manager apologized and could not give us a definite time for our food, mentioning that the table before us would take another 10-15 minutes. After two hours of waiting, we were still not able to eat. The staff mentioned attending a cricket match the day before, but we were unsure how that was relevant to our wait. When we finally asked for the bill and received it along with the surprise birthday cake for my husband, which was supposed to be a surprise, we were disappointed. Although the front of house manager apologized and offered us the drinks on the house, we have decided not to return to June Plum and will not be booking it for my husband's 60th birthday meal. While we appreciate supporting small businesses, we cannot tolerate such long waits for service."
