"Absolute disaster. Five times in 4 weeks I didn't get what I ordered and paid for. Either the second meat was missing from the burger, the bacon wasn't in it, or if it said roasted onions and bacon, neither was in the burger. Either the staff is absolutely poorly trained or has no interest in the work at all. Not recommendable!!"

7min. Waited for a Bigtasty and Coke. The new system doesn't look really efficient. The smaller McChicken bread was used for this, which of course caused everything to fall out. The staff looked a bit confused about the orders. Former crew trainer here Mystershopper wouldn't have given this a good rating at all.
