There was a problem with are order and the staff where brilliant

My burger is dented!!!! And you forget my nuggets. Not happy, I want my money back

Always good food from this mcdonalds, we always ask for our burgers without pickles and onions and they get it right everytime, and include mustard which other mcdonalds do not do. Would recommend.

Took 25 minutes to get my order.Once it eventually came.The chicken was drier than the Sahara dessert.In my opinion it was cooked yesterday.The fries were uncooked and anemic.Service was extremely slow and very poor Ver carta

Fantastic service. Only had problem once that was resolved quickly had 2 large fries 1 medium, gave me all the same portions in different size packs) . Been loads will continue as the staff do their best to provide a great service. Thank you Maccys

Booked via the Mcdonalds app and Just waited 40 minutes for delivery , ALL food and drinks freezing cold , part of my order Is missing . Called the helpline and end up with a call centre in India who can 't organise replacement food but will get a refund in 15 days . Terrible service with a Pass the buck attitude. Typical customer service in this era

Decided to take a visit to get some lunch. I think I might have been better off using the app to order. The missus and I were looking forward to our tasty treat we even ordered apple pies. We were shocked to find the Fillet o fish had half a slice of cheese which was mostly hanging out of the bun. My double quarter pounder turned out to be a normal quarter pounder. Then imagine our surprise when the apple pies we ordered tasted suspiciously like sweet chilli chicken wraps with not much filling! Spent the afternoon with indigestion.... Ver carta
