"now I had to dodge because of the osze meeting in hamburg to bergedorf, because hamburg was hotel-wise dense...WAS for a wonderful addition! this restaurant I would probably never have enddecked...I ate here every evening - last night the gastronomics had given me the impression, I have been among the really good friends for years, who would like to read every wish of the eyes .ja - I have taken something in this week and of course spent a lot of money.but everyone, really worth every euro!My recommended to reserve one. it sometimes becomes very full and the guests stay long ... no wonder at this cooking art and quite magnificent wines..Gracie mille!!!"

a good Italian with moderate prices.Beautiful ambiente in an old villa. We were with a small group of 4 adults and two children there. the children's dishes are very good with under 5 euro in the price and taste. We adult had something from salad over pizza and past to meat in each category and were all very satisfied.

pleasant atmosphere, courteous friendly service, excellent eating supplements with high quality Italian weine. a large selection of foods from traditional pizzas and pasta to noble and varied meat dishes - there is something for every taste. the offer is perfectly rounded off by various desserts. from classic to creations à la chef - tiramissu with orange taste - a high-end.

the name is program, here is Mediterranean cooked. Of course there is also the Italian corner with pizza and pasta. but the strengthening of the kitchen shows itself at the dressing on the changing sloping table. Here are grilled dorade, osso buco, entrecote, pulpo and lamb from the best side. best quality is made here extremely tasty. the service is warm and professional. the load has been humming for years and this is also good! Ver carta

besides the extensive map you should devote yourself to the recommendations on the board, here you will find your current court. it is all very tasty and of best quality. the facility was modernized last year and looks very bright and fresh. the service, consisting of predominantly long-term, proven forces, acts well-launted and professional. who is. the good selection of wines cannot separate, has the selection of approx. 10 rooms in the hotel.

we were there a few times a week and mostly satisfied. But then we had to be a break.Saturday we decided again for the Mediterranean and experienced a kitchen at an unchanged high level: economical soup with fried scampi: to the for! tagliatelle with truffle: as good as you can do so. spargelrisotto and saffron sauce. almost perfect. tasteful top! Unfortunately, then the risotto ran a little water into the saffron sauce and then deprived it of its quality. naja and fish cutlery would of course also have been beautiful. that is "summering at high level". we will be back!

"There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
