"Trattoria da sempre garanzia di qualità per quanto riguarda i piatti serviti. Abbiamo festeggiato un compleanno la domenica a pranzo e il locale era strapieno percui il servizio ne ha un po'risentito con tempi decisamente lunghi tra una portata e l'altra. L'attesa cmq è stata ripagata dalla bontà degli antipasti (molto coreografici e abbondanti , così come pure i secondi, mentre i primi in paragone, soffrivano di porzioni un po' risicate. Ambiente accogliente e suggestivo non a caso scelto per occasioni importanti tipo matrimoni compreso anni fa il mio che poi è finito male ma questa è un'altra storia :"

"Peccato non si possa mettere 0 ..Ci rechiamo a cena in questo locale dove abbiamo precedentemente prenotato come da richiesta la giornata riservata secondo loro per il bollito ..ci sediamo , la cameriera porta i menù ma diciamo che siamo lì per il bollito , un po ' confusa ci inizia a dire se volevamo cotechino e che da lì a poco avrebbe portato le ossa così domandiamo quali ossa visto che dovevamo mangiare il bollito quindi lingua , piedini, musetto, ecc) sconcertata dice che è stata presa male l 'ordinazione al telefono e quindi ci sono le ossa..prendiamo vicino un cotechino e le loro patate al forno le quali non so se la cameriera sappia la differenza tra fritta e al forno ma va bene così...il cotechino gusto garbo arrivato in tavola senza le estremità quindi 4 rondelle , un ovale di ossa che abbio pagato la bellezza di 45 euro per tre ossa a testa !!! Conto totale 65 euro con due contorni e mezzo di rosso e mezza di acqua.. Ma la cosa più vergognosa le cameriere che ti sbeffeggiano ridendoti in faccia. Mai più !"

"We organized our wedding party at Agriturismo Scacciapensieri and we are very happy with the choice. We live abroad and the first contacts have been made by telephone and email. Marilena and the colleagues responded promptly to our questions and doubts. They kept us updated on the various menu options, accommodation and decorations. On the day of the party the time initially was not clerical however all the staff did a huge job to find a solution and reorganize the party inside. The aperitif was held in the fogolar room and this made the guests interact with each other and they knew each other better. When it stopped raining, we moved outside to carry out the celebration and to continue the aperitif. The dinner took place in the big room inside and we were about 60 including children. Space was more than enough. Cake and dances were held externally. The menu was very successful and we were very satisfied. Ingredients of excellent quality, local flavors and very interesting and beautiful presentation of the dishes. Aperitifs were also very successful. Exceptional and very fresh sorbet! Nice cakes and cakes! The choice of wines was excellent and the quality really very high! I highly recommend the Scacciapensieri in every aspect. The location is beautiful and the wonderful view. We wanted a relaxing party without the feeling of being at a classic wedding and the Shelves is perfect because very cozy and informal"

"Cena ignorante. Il locale è nato dalle ceneri del vecchio american graffiti; è rimasto chiuso per diversi mesi ed è veramente da apprezzare il lavoro per dargli nuova vita. Il menù non è troppo carico, c'è il giusto numero di piatti e panini per mantenere alta la qualità dei prodotti. Menzione speciale alle bibite, ricercate e con aromi particolari che creano la curiosità di assaggiarle. Passiamo al rancio. Ho optato per un panino con sfilacci di maiale, buono, forse avrei abbondato con le dosi di carne per farlo davvero sporcaccione. Un tocco in più l'ha dato la salsa piccante (chiesta a parte) fatta con carolina reaper freschi; una persona poco abituata al piccante non avrebbe modo di affrontarla, e infatti dichiarano subito che bisogna andarci moooolto piano. Non ho avuto problemi a versarla al interno del panino e mangiarla, il problema è stato il giorno successivo, fuoco e fiamme. Ma tutto sommato me l'ero andata a cercare. L'atmosfera del locale è rimasta quella della precedente gestione, ma con meno commensali...... E non capisco il perché!!! Alla fine è un esperienza che consiglio, si mangia bene e anche il dolcetto a fine cena (cheesecake al lime) ha il suo perché. Per i più temerari consiglio di sfidare la salsa, anche se il giorno dopo è molto probabile che le vostre terga possano assomigliare a quelle di un babbuino. I prezzi sono in linea con altri locali che offrono questo tipo di menù americano/tex mex, io sono di buona forchetta e anche se la materia prima è buona, caricherei di più i piatti (anche solo con contorni) così da far uscire i clienti belli panciuti e contenti di tornare."

From 13.30 to 15.15 we commensali have done as waiters, going to order and doing the service to our table, all always with the smile despite the owner was visibly nervous. At 15.00 finally, they come to take the order for food giving us as options, compared to the visible menu both online and local, an onions soup and dumplings with ragù, as according to a defined scientific grill), a chicken cut and one of bisons. Assigned we order a grid for 11, we arrive in record times, sin that 4 on 11 dishes had the coasts of MAIALE completely CRUDE. We send back the dishes and we go back saying “they were cooked 24 h!!!” which could have been also true, but it was enough to look at the other 7 dishes to understand that some we had the right cooking and others did not.
