"in love! in love! in love to memsaab! in the heart of notts this place proved to be a precious stone that took all my feelings when I entered these exquisite still desi locale! After waiting for a few minutes (although we did not present ourselves with a previous reservation, we were allowed to have a graceful console. there was a game in my head for eating vs ambiance, but you know what? both have won! lol. disturbing about the ambiente, it was spirited that blows everywhere with lightly illuminated candlelight, which was really great! eating, I wonder what kind I have to put for her, the taste was simply out of the box, more similar taste as taj mumbai. we ordered saag paneer, dal maakhni along with garlic naans! every bite was...read more"

Fantastic example of Indian food. Probably the best an Indian restaurant in Nottingham.

Fantastic (and often unique) food not quite the normal fare you usually get in an Indian. Probably my favourite place to eat in Nottingham (or at least in the top 3

there are many Indian restaurants in Nottigham, but very few places give good food, one of these places is memsaab the menu is very kreatiw planned and the dishes sound very attractive. I had presented the venision kebab for starter and kashmiri huhn as main, both dishes were very well seasoned and were full taste of the kebab melted in my mouth and had a very peculiar sauce in the the meat very well complicated, my main was not as good as the starter I felt that it was more seasoned and also it had an excessive amount of oil.

last night in Nottingham and we decided to have Indians and landed here. but heard from this place of students who live here and have tried and tested this place socially my brother and his family love this restaurant. spacious, refined, fine din. the best part of this place is hospitable. customer satisfaction and customer service are the 2 key things that every employee of the restaurants loves. overall eating, taste, presentation quantity, quality everything was perfect. the garlic chili was delicious along with cheese chili garlic naan. the tarka daal is simply amazing. I want to do this again and again when I live here.

weary is despised in Britain. the kitchen is best suited for the non desi' palette. but I was very surprised by memsaab, spot in prime nottingham. before entering, you can see the praises and prizes won. but the test of kadhai is in taste. it started with a seafood and meat tandoori plated and they had me from the beginning. the slightly tastefully grilled garnels were excellent. so was the laugh, well flavored. the lamb dogs were perfect, like the kebabs. I would recommend memsaab definitiw for his starter. they have a nice choice of weeping, malting and beer. the other stars on the esstic were the huh kadhai' certainly a full body...read more

inher30s 16 mins ago 15 February 2015 Outside the Indian subcontinent, the best and the yummiest of Indian food comes from the UK. It’s true that a lot of the curry houses have their roots in traditional Pakistani/ Punjabi cuisine rather than reflecting the variety of what Indian food really has to offer, but it’s not really my intention to talk through the etymology of curry, so we’ll leave that aside for now. What I love about the UK is the cultural diversity is not limited just to the capital but great Indian food can be found everywhere. Case in point: we’ve just returned from Nottingham where we may well have had one of the best Indian dinners ever! Invited to Nottingham by...read more
