"Chose this restaurant because it was supposed to be good for watching the NYE fireworks, and they had a set menu. We had one of the greenhouses on the roof which we were initially excited about. However, of the 5 courses of the set menu they only brought us three (those three were delicious though). When we told them about it, they said it was too late and the kitchen had closed. They also forgot to bring the bottle of wine that we ordered though they didn't forget to add it to the bill. When we pointed out that we didn't get half of what the bill showed, they took off an amount that was nowhere near equal to what we didn't get. They also messed up our coffee order, and again charged us for it (we got it taken off eventually). Lastly, please know that the view of the fireworks from this rooftop is far away and restricted as there are 2 big buildings blocking the full view, and you do not get the full effect."

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The venue was fantastic and our waitress was amazing and very patient. We regret not getting her name, but thank you for hosting us and providing a fantastic time!

What a beautiful restaurant! The food was excellent and well-priced. Our waitress, Emma, was delightful and really added to the overall experience. I recommend booking a booth on the outdoor terrace for a truly stunning ambiance.

The service was simply fantastic, all the staff were super friendly, helpful and lovely. Good views from the terrace and very cozy cabins igloos. Food was a hit and miss. Overall, really good ambience service and would surely recommend a visit

The staff at the rooftop terrace were lovely and very polite, but unfortunately, the food was lacking and overpriced. The cocktails were expensive and watered down. The prawn cocktail starter for £18 was very disappointing. The fish soup had good quality fish and mussels, but the soup itself was thick and overly salty. When we complained to the staff, they simply shrugged it off. Overall, the terrace is better for drinks and enjoying the view, rather than for the food.
