"I had an amazing experience at the Millfields Hotel in Grimsby. This charming 18th century listed building offers a gym, steam room, and squash courts. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The staff were all extremely attentive, approachable, friendly, and helpful. Jamie, the manager, and all the other staff members ensured that my stay was enjoyable. The location is just right - not too busy, not too quiet. There is a lovely park with a man-made lake nearby, and the train station is within a 10-minute walk. The food was delicious, as shown in the photos I provided. I highly recommend the Millfields Hotel for a relaxing getaway or a visit to Grimsby. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

My daughter treated me to Afternoon Tea today for a special birthday treat. Amazing. Beautiful food, cakes, etc. Nicely presented. Very efficient service from Lisa, We live locally ,so we didn 't have far to travel. And the sun came out again! Perfect . Noteworthy details: Well looked after by all staff members. We just love it here a special little hotel with really friendly staff , rooms nice huge bed( comfortable too) bath and shower. Our boys played squash while we had a relaxing drink in the bar. As a family we have been staying here over a period of several years and will be back with our new fully electric car as there are charging points in the car park here ready for us to use. Rooms: 5

This hotel is really lovely.Service for our meal was prompt and very friendly. No issues there at all. The food we thought was excellent. Both starters and mains were well presented and absolutely delicious. It was very quiet there, as I'm sure with a fuller restaurant the ambiance would have been more vibrant. All in all, the food , service, and prices were very good. I would recommend this place for a nice couples meal. Service: 5

It is disappointing to see a beautiful building like the orangery fall into a state of blandness. The once grand space now has white marked walls and old, tired tables and chairs that are in need of replacement. I remember when the BNI used to be held there over 15 years ago, and the difference is striking. However, I must commend the excellent service provided by the staff. The cleanliness of the toilets leaves something to be desired, as the gents' restroom has not been updated and smells terrible. Overall, the establishment receives a 2 out of 5 for its rooms.
