end the holiday trip and a tasty bite. excellent eating and excellent local wine, who left my wife very happy to eat here. the personal was great and even has my youngest daughter fish and chips cooked, although it wasn't on the menu. highly recommended and cannot expect to return.

this was our best meal while we stayed in lyme regis! fantastic menu, eat and service. near the water mill it was nice to be under the creative quarter of the city. the food was fresh and delicious. if they plan to run on the run, then they need to book to make sure they get a place! Ver carta

this is absolutely our favorite place in lyme regis. eating as usual was extraordinary that we had seabreams and lobsters and matched with delicious wine. the service was fantastic, they let us feel very welcome and very special. many thanks for such a good night we will come back soon!

we came to millside to dinner in our last night in lyme regis and certainly the best for last. we loved everything that eat, the service, the wine, the ambiente. we stayed on a whole high! I also especially liked that the children's menu was a real menu, and not only basic foods (the muddles were for my 5 years old).

Fantastic meal last night. I had the Bream which was the biggest juiciest tastiest piece of fish I’ve ever had. My partner has steak which was also delicious. A fantastic chef here! And the staff very friendly too. Gemma who served us was so professional and so friendly and was the same with all other diners. A credit to the restaurant. Great service and atmosphere, serving local fresh seafood. It's a bistro-like vibe, with a well curated menu, so it feels a bit special before you even take a bite. A lovely lunch! Booked ahead via email which was easy and worth doing. Lovely venue. Seating hostess extremely pleasant and a great advert for you. Went specifically for the lobster. Two reasons for deducting a star....one was lobster price had gone up on the day due to colder weather thus price increases (bit confused as we are having September heatwave? And second was lobster had a lot of dressing that I scraped quite a bit off (it overpowered the sweetness of the lobster meat which is worth tasting and enjoying . Other than that it was lovely! As a solo diner felt very comfortable. Thankyou. Will definitely come back and recommend!

We arrived early for our reservation, but seated promptly. It was early in the evening so we had the restaurant to ourselves, which was lucky as we have a noisy toddler in tow. The lady serving us, Gemma was very helpful and friendly. We decided to go with the seafood platter to share and other sides. There was a children's menu available, but the boys also enjoy seafood so they had bits from our platter as well as chips and garlic bread. Food was lovely and service was friendly. We did wonder however for a sharing platter for 2, there should have been a crab each. The substituted curried mussels over the anchovies were a little disappointing as we didn't quite enjoy the flavour. Overall it... Ver carta
