Ming-jia - Carta

My friend invited me to this restaurant last weekend and I was thrilled. I had expected a typical Chinese restaurant with many colorful Schnick Schnack and was surprised by a very simple and modern Chinese restaurant. The food is very tasty and fresh. The staff very courteous and super friendly. I can only confirm all the good reviews of my frontmen. For all lovers of Chinese cuisine, a must!!! Good appetite :

We were at Ming Jia yesterday. The food was very tasty. The service was tip, the portions plentiful. But I have to take off a quarter because: 1. the service was too flashy. The soup hadn't been eaten yet, there was the main food. A little break would have been pleasant. 2. a holding plate would have been required. But should always be there, in particular. I have today the lunch menu M7 (5,90 €): sour soup, chicken breast fillet with pork, shrimps, vegetables, pikant (see photo) The soup was very small (about 7 tablespoons, tastefully normal as you know from various Asian buffets. The main dish was prepared with normal rice, i.e. without fenced rice, but the usual. There were exactly three pieces, each of which crawled. Usually we hardly go to Chinese food because we simply taste Vietnamese or Thai food better. A couple of weeks ago, however, it beat us to this Chinese and we were very positively surprised. First of all, the establishment is simple and not so over-eaten, the service was very attentive and friendly and the food from the greeting from the kitchen (our first Chinese cucumber salad) to the plum wine is thoroughly delicious and freshly prepared. We also noticed the really great map: This is very extensive and the food has some very funny names (e.g. something with happy chickens and so).

17 hobby gastrocritics have rated the Ming Jia to date 15 of them awarded the highest score. I think you'll have to go if you like Asian cuisine. The guest room was well visited and already on 16.30. That was promising. The card was interesting at least the mini language course at the beginning. But then only the usual Germano-Kochchinese came. But I had to eat something. And you can also make spring rolls and vegetable pan good. To make it short: Was not! The most interesting thing about the spring roll was the sesame sauce served. The main dishes float in a flavor booster sauce. The path of Friedenau did not pay for this. And: Dear Qyper, remember that some might take the reviews seriously...

We came here by chance and looked for something new. Chinese restaurants often have the taste of equality here in Berlin. Unfortunately often also with a lot of glutamate. That's different... The operation is to resist, but very noticeable with a smile makes you fulfill your wishes quickly and quietly. Zhèli you zhōngdéwén duìzhào càidān! I liked it here. The food tasted autenthic and came quickly. The waiters are friendly, and I sat outside in warm weather and could enjoy the beautiful view. The bilingual German Chinese menu also contains pictures, so surprises can be avoided. Where there are no pictures, for example on the daily map, you should ask better. Then you will learn whether the dish consists of crispy pieces of meat or rather resembles a soup. Some dishes contain a large proportion of meat; in this case I recommend adding a vegetable dish. The best Chinese in Charlottenburg. The best service in the world. This restaurant has done everything from the first to the last minute. We came to Ming Jia for the first time without reservation on a Saturday night. We were greeted and had free choice. Before the inviting large round table we had too much respect and sat on a 4 table. The store is clean and tidy. Just a few Chinese details show you're sitting with the Chinese. Again, there was a meeting with beautiful pleasures, and they made this restaurant as a suggestion through the tip of a friend. The menu reads well online, also for my girlfriend as a vegetarian, so we said. On site we were surprised by the modern, not so playful facility we liked!
