"Heard nothing but rave reviews before trying it out. The actual experience is definitely a 3 star for food and 4 star for service. The Szechaun Mince Pork was absolutely inedible, way too much salt. The dim sum fell flat on flavor and tasted more like boiled lumps of wet dough. My Singapore Spicy rice noodles was decent, however the prawns were extremely small and no flavor in the dish at all. Wine and service were top notch I will say. Table with 2 mains, 3 starters and bottle of wine with gratuity ran £65."

During a tour with friends, we unexpectedly discovered Ming and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of Chinese cuisine. The authentic flavors, speedy service, and reasonable prices make it a highly recommended dining option.

I stumbled upon this amazing restaurant while traveling around England. The food was absolutely delicious and authentic, making it perfect for both intimate dinners and group gatherings. The atmosphere was fantastic and the service was excellent, combining to create a truly amazing dining experience.

Good meal, everything was tasty and well cooked. The squid starter was our favourite. The staff were very accommodating as we advised them we only had an hour as we were off to the cinema. We managed our two course within the hour almost to the minute from sitting down to leaving, which was much appreciated.

I have no memory of saying that this was probably the best oriental food I ever tasted. every dish was really amazing. so happy about the recommendation of my friends. to maintain the fantastic standards. we will return at our next visit to bury st edmunds. thank you again. the service was also well made in front of location.

This is the first time we have been to Mings. We think we met the Chef/Mr Ming? Should of asked his name. Mr Ming was so friendly was chatting to us like he'd known us for years. I have Coeliac Disease so have to have a gluten Free diet. On their menu it was marked gf which was fab. The food was divine. We certainly will be going back there again.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. The food was incredibly delicious, with a perfect balance of heat and freshness. The highlight was definitely the best avocado toast I have ever had! The staff was attentive and ensured our dining experience was perfect. The owner even made an appearance to check on our meal. Overall, a beautiful dining experience.

we ate last night at ming’s oriental. eating was undoubtedly the best Chinese food I had eaten. it was fresh, very well cooked and the presentation was perfect. the personal was brilliant, we didn't have to wait until our drink is finished to order again. the personal was attentive enough to offer another round before this happened. fantastic. fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend them. well done!

We had such a lovely meal last night, our first time eating a Chinese completely vegan and Ming did not disappoint! He always cooks everything so beautifully and fresh, piping hot and delicious. Our only thing to say is that we would have liked more of the sauce in our main dishes as they were divine! We will ask next time! The chocolate pot was heavenly, so indulgent! We will be back again, thank you!

5* does not seem enough for mings. my partner and I had lunch here after I had waited for one. it was good to wait for it. wonderful modern restaurant, no ordinary Chinese interieur and very tasteful. helpful, friendly staff with the owner and also dip in to say hello to deliver food and see if it was ok. finally the food excellent value and amazing food, perfectly cooked, we are presented and great taste. can not recommend mings restaurant high enough and already want back. 10*
