"I had eaten here before I had given a five-star rating, but today was the complete opposite. coffee must be made to a uniform level, today was not the best I had here. I was taken to breakfast today, so I didn't pay, I would have complained, didn't want my friend to be embarrassed. all three breakfasts were much satisfactory. fantastic quality produce ruined. Why do they serve hot food on cold tellers? I didn't want black pudding, I didn't want it to be replaced by anything else, which was checked by the server after ordering why I got my breakfast served with black pudding, which is a waste of food. How is that possible? the personal must be overwhelmed by someone who is obviously responsible, where was this person? I can't recommend this device as I had in the past. it's up to you to regain my destiny. they made changes, we had a nice experience so I changed my review."

Dropped my daughter off at The Sports Factory, called in for coffee and bacon roll en route to town for a shopping trip. Back for afternoon tea before pick up at 3. Perfect venue.

today for the first time sat with mum for a hot chocolate and carrot cake. it was really delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxed. kinderchair friendly and doggy friendly also! will definitely visit again and recommend friends! worth a visit!

This is the most stunning renovation project that I've seen take place in the entire time I've lived in Norwich. Amazing that this building is now so light, welcoming and filled with the community. Great staff, great environment and great Sauvignon Blanc!

Absolutely love the new Mitre. It looks so clean fresh, such a great transformation. The staff are really friendly. Coffee is great. Particularly love the toilets great decor! The best bit has to be knowing when you buy a drink you know you can are helping others!

Came here for the first time today and had the full English. Was absolutely delicious and it came out really quickly. Loved the way the interior had been decorated. Made the place look very light. The fire was cozy and welcoming. Good to see lots of people using this lovely facility. I have driven past The Mitre lots of times and it always used to look dark and dingy. Now it's brighter, warm and welcoming. Very impressed. Will definitely come back :
