we were looking for a good “light” eating on a cozy Sunday evening and found it here. relaxed environment, friendly service and our “Bowls” were excellent. we come back in every case and try the next time in sushi.

the selection is small but fine. next to sushi there is salat, curry and nudelsuppen. on boards in the business are also still 2-3 dings that are not on the map.The service was fixed and friendly.I would come back at any time!

cool decor, cozy atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff. eating was fresh and very tasty! However, the menu is essentially japanese - so by sushi, miso and co. I missed the other Asian influences. all in all but a very satisfied restaurant visit. we'll be back. Ver carta

one of my favorite restaurants in there. cozy atmosphere and excellent eating. tasty sushis, the suppers are the mindful and great curry. the juices/shakes/tees offered are made and also super.Love in the middle of the cross quarter. visit worth total! many vegan options available.

Excellent presentation of our food. Collectively we had the Dragon roll, Tiger roll, California roll, teriyaki chicken bowl which comes with rice and salad, and teriyaki fish; all were tasty and fresh. The restaurant offers lunch specials during the week I left feeling satisfied...having eaten something not too heavy, and still my meal stayed with me until well up to when we had dinner. Loved the atmosphere!

Whilst visiting my daughter she took us to Monchi. It was a lovely surprise as we love japanese food. The place is small and in a quiet area of Dortmund. We had booked a table and I could see that you might need to book...at weekends or at busy times as it is not a big place. The menu is in German and that was a little bit difficult but the waitress spoke some english as we did german. The food came well prepared, looked good and tasted delicious. Price was about average for this type of menu. If you want to get out of the city this is a nice place to stop as a watering hole. Ver carta
