"We had dinner few days ago with my wife there and enjoyed the atmosphere. Glockenbach is very popular nowadays and very lively, especially in the evening. The service was very friendly and helpful and we cannot complain about anything. The food was also ok, but...not really something special and there are for sure much better Vietnamese restaurants in the city. I had crispy duck curry and my wife took some coconut soup and a kind of dumpling. The soup was a bit too sweet and the dumpling too much dough for my taste. The duck is pretty heavy and was definitely not a good idea for the evening. As a summary- place is ok and one can go for a dinner or lunch, because the location is great and service is fine, but if you want to try really exquisite Vietnamese Cousine this is definitely not your restaurant. This also the reason for not giving the full points."

We went here last night with friends. The food was presented nicely and tasted the same. Staff are helpful and friendly. Wouldn't say it was cheap for Munich asian food standards. Overall a nice experience.

Food was delicious, well presented, way over expetations. However, they accepted only cash payment (allowed only local credit cards) and forgot to bring sticks when food arrived. We wait for bill 20 minutes

Very good vietnamite restaurant. All the dishes are quite tasty. Atmosphere is very nice, either for a business or romatic date. Good service even if a bit slow. Just remember they DOT NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD. Ver carta

good food, beautifully presented and a pleasant place. the service was a little distracted when the tables were filled, so not in the hurry to go places. seems strange that non-german credit cards or debit cards were rejected, so that they had luck we had enough cash

I tried this place on a spectacular and got a great table in the window. the fresh rolls were great, but the rest was just okay. wein through the glass decent and not too expensive. personal beautiful and helpful, with English language menu. overall, decent place in large. part of the city.

in my memory this was a great Vietnamese restaurant. after many years it was different. also various owners I assume. less refinement than in the past, a bit standard, sauce where watery, limited selection of wein, no cards accepted. not bad, but not. the exeptional what it was in the past. We where a group of six on a Saturday night. The restaurant was full so a reservation ahead seems advisable. The service had problems with keeping up. Drinks got forgotten, then they nevertheless appeared on the bill, silverware got forgotten so we sat...without it in front of our meals for some while ..... and a couple more details It seemed, that the service war overloaden. The food was good but not cheap. So it met the expectations, which where elevated due to the elevated price. We had a nice evening.

I booked a table for 9 people at 20:30. we had waited before the door since 20:25, and a group of 5 people was just before us. When we arrived and arrived, I asked for our reservation. and the waiter told me that the table that was reserved was already taken. I knew that the group that had taken this table stood before us before they came in, which meant that they did not consider our reservation. Finally we had to go to another place, and considering that it was Friday and many restaurants were full, was a bit difficult to find a place for 9 people.
