"Small family restaurant, as there are so many, MOT HAI BA (Reference to the small ritual phrase that Vietnamese do to say health and drink) VIETNAM stands out by a true deep taste in the tradition of the streets of the old South. From the iced coffee to the Phō soup, we find the smells and flavors, as much as possible with some details that make the value. Thus onions are caramelized not without being seasoned or marinated, little things that make all the difference. The broth is goutu, we guess a real preparation upstream. We will gladly forgive an obsolete decoration, because the smiles are there. Small address, very good time, as we'd eat in a real old family. I'll go back, word, hei, ba,... And more times if possible."

Okay. The boss is beautiful, the dishes are good, even if they are not very abundant. Family atmosphere. Quick service. Vegetarian options. Beers are a little expensive.

Very good restaurant with good portions to take away. We were already hungry only with the smell of the restaurant waiting for our order. Caramel pork is also a safe value!

The 7 Vietnamese to test: Smile, benevolence, speed, generosity. The freshness, quality and diversity of products, which resemble crunchy, melting and tasty textures. Don't vomit.

The dishes were correct but waiting too long. Bad surprise by paying, the waitress informs us that, on the pretext that we made a reservation (via the fork), the note is increased by 2€ per person, never seen!

Every small restaurant, Vietnamese cuisine with all the classics we love nems, shrimp doughs, bun bo, Cantonese rice, samosas ..the kitchen boss herself, fritures are made along the orders....I highly recommend.

Authentic Vietnamese restaurant where everything is FAIT MAISON and with affordable prices! Vietnamese pork ravioli are just DIVINS and the phò is also delicious, the broth being really tasted. Finally, the manager is absolutely adorable and super funny! The heartburns on the iced coffee make the house very refreshing in particle time. Keep going without hesitation!

This afternoon I only tasted the spring rolls and they are EXCELLENTS. The lady prepared them for the order very good freshness and it was accompanied by a slightly sweet sauce, original which is much better than that with which I used to eat the spring rolls imperial sauce. They are only a little expensive 3,50€ and lack one or two shrimp but remain very good. The low presence of Vietnamese restaurants in the neighborhood makes it possible to appreciate more this restaurant in the neat cuisine. I'll try the Bobun who seems to be a flagship dish in the restaurant. To pleasure

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
