"My friends and I visited this restaurant last Friday for a midday tea and snacks. We ended up waiting for over half an hour only to be informed that the Spring Rolls were not available. We decided to order the Chilli Bhajia instead, which turned out to be good. In fact, we liked them so much that we ordered three portions to take away. However, the takeout bhajias were terrible - they were oily, burnt, and seemed to be old stock that had been refried multiple times. They were so bad that we ended up throwing them away. The service at the restaurant was also very poor and unfriendly. If we lived closer, we would have definitely returned the takeaway order."

We have been coming here for years whenever we visit Southall for shopping. However, on this occasion, the food was not up to the usual standard. Will be trying somewhere else next time.

Purchased two samosas for takeaway after waiting ages to order. There was a packed bag left on the counter that they handed me. I refused to take it as they could have been cold. Waited ages again for hit samosas that we’re ready. Upon eating...

Great authentic meal. We have eaten here a few times and the food is delicious. Everything is served in traditional style steel plates which gives that extra experience. Our server Tosh made us feel welcome and we had some great conversations. We will definitely be...

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. The server took 15 minutes to even take our order, despite it not being busy when we arrived. We ordered chicken noodles and veg thali, and while the noodles were served within 15 minutes, we had to wait 40 minutes for the veg thali. After waiting an additional 10 minutes and still not receiving our order, we had to cancel it. The poor customer service was extremely disappointing.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant and I have to say, the food was incredible. We tried the Punjabi samosa chaat, vegetable noodles, dal makhani, and aloo paratha. Everything was freshly made and served steaming hot. They were even accommodating to my children, making the noodles without chili as requested. The service was excellent and very professional. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience and I will definitely be coming back again.

We used to go there a number of years ago… the food then was wholesome and delicious. However our recent experiences have absolutely terrible. The food is clearly old stock just reheated. No salt or any flavour to the food. It appeared they just wanted to get rid of us and served us something and rushed us out. Prices are exorbitant for such measly portions. If at least one item was good we could have given it another point. Everything we ordered was awful. Even the lassi. Certainly won’t be going there ever again.

Behaviour of Manager was unwelcome. We visit restaurant friday 23/09 at 8.30pm for dinner. When we enter in restaurant manager approach us and refuse us to sit. He said we are closed however the closing timing showing online 9.30pm. Similarly we visit again next morning around 10.50am. Again he refused us to sit and said we are closed. I request them ok if you closed no worry but can i get parcel a sweets because we was going back to our city. He refused to give ready sweets also. I have never ever seen this type of service in my entire life. You should shut down your restaurant if you don't want to treat customers.

"If you live in or visit Hanwell you must take a lazy walk down by the locks and build up an appetite before heading to the W7 Emporium. It’s a little white door by a crappy old man pub sat next to a small florist. Open the door and the atmosphere is straight away comfortable, your away from the street and simply relaxed and at home. The staff are friendly and offer as much banter as you want to be involved with so this is nice and a change from the branded offerings. The furniture is mix and match and the space light and airy so it fits well with Hanwells vibe and there is an outdoor space for the summer. The menu I would describe as funky modern Mediterranean, and there are no sausages which for me can be an issue. But if I’m being 100% honest I couldn’t care less here, the options here are well thought and imaginative. If you want a fry up there are other places in Hanwell to get one but if you want a Mexican there is only one place and that’s here. Ok I’ve given away my ultimate fave thing on the menu it’s what I have and it’s spot on. Poached eggs, nice bread, salad, crispy bacon, avocado and spicy sauce all out together and presented beautifully. So here we go it’s hands down the best place in Hanwell and if you want wine with brunch that’s fine because they serve that too. Have a couple then walk back to the canal and enjoy the afternoon whatever the season it’s a regular weekend jaunt and a compromise between a fry up for me and something healthy for the wife. In the eternal battle of good verses evil the Emporium emerges victorious every time."
