Mr Ho Chinese Takeaway

Disgusting! Been waiting for 3 hours for 2 foo youngs and 2 portions of chips! Glad my order was no bigger! Feel sorry for the delivery guys!

Love the food from Mr Ho's Chinese takeaway. Never lets you down, always hot and fresh, always go there when I'm in the Bideford area on a break.

Used to be the best but after tonights takeaway I will be finding some where else, after spending £70 on food and it was very disappointing, no chilli in the crispy chilli beef and no sauce so as dry as anything, the squid was not spicy either prawn toast was burnt Ver carta

We got a takeaway whilst here on holiday, price was as you would expect for a takeaway but the food was excellent. Hot and sour soup filled with various meats, chicken satay skewers had massive chunks of meat on them, same with the sweet n sour balls and the mains. Well worth a visit

Shocking delivery time and customer service. Ordered chow mein and a soup at 6pm and it turned up almost 3 hours later at 8.45pm. Food is not that great to be honest and definitely not worth the wait and numerous phone calls to see where the delivery is, definitely go somewhere else!

We seem to have a few delivery problems now and again.Lovely place and nice food but we ordered our Chinese at 18.30 and got told 1 1/2 hours, still not arrived by 20.35 so rang up and normal reply of very busy and our apologies but it’s the next one out. It then arrived at 8.55 and very luke warm to say the least so in the micro it goes and end up eatiing at 21.15. Not even a complimentary bag of crackers. Thanks mr Ho’s Ver carta

Please think twice before ordering from this restaurant. I ordered a tofu meal from the vegetarian section but I was given chicken. Unfortunately, it was too late before I realised. When I contacted them I was told “mistakes happen” I asked to speak to the owners but was told that I couldn’t because apparently they don’t speak any English! I understand that mistakes happen, and I should have checked, but the lack of care, customer service, and understanding, was disappointing to say the least. What if I don’t eat meat for religious reasons? Imagine the danger that they could put someone in if they have an allergy?! But that’s okay, because, mistakes happen

Ordered a takeaway meal at 5:15pm on 24th Feb for collection at 7:15pm. Arrived at 7:15 and had to wait over 45 minutes past the collection time for our food. This is totally unacceptable and will be the last time we use you. It is a shame as the food is nice but the ordering system is terrible. Other restaurants seem to manage to estimate the pickup time right so how come you guys get it so wrong. It ruined a rather expensive treat. You need to improve no excuses about being very busy . If you are busy then don 't take walk in orders while you prepare orders for people who have booked in advance. Give a sensible time to collect when people order by phone.
