I wanted to try the Bäuerliche spezialität Dünnele, so I ordered one with pumpkin. On the plate came something that looked and tasted like a wet dish rug. The cheese had the same texture as Philadelphia cream cheese and the pieces of pumpkin were easy to count. Two bites and that was enough for me. When we asked for the bill, the servant did not present us with it in writing, but he quickly rattled off some figures not possible for us to check.
