Absolute Ramal don’t go it’s disgusting soggy food with no taste don’t recommend a takeaway or dining in the restaurant

Best curry house I know of in Northern England. Good staff, good value, amazing food. The pineapple Murgh Makhani is especially good.

Not the best. Average food, average drinks, dirty toilets, rowdy, poor attitude from some staff when concerns raised. Will not be going back. Ver carta

Rude. Hang up on you when phoning to question an order you’ve just received ! Orders arrive different every single time you order one week , the same the next and it’s different never consistent!

Excellent. I don't really eat meat so the chef did me a fish handi even though it wasn't on the menu.............and it was superb. The service was first class and the bill very reasonable for such quality. Recommended! Ver carta

Had a takeaway earlier this evening, our first from The Mumbai, I have to say I was very disappointed with what we got. Both starters were missing their salad, despite clearly stating that they were part of the dish, the mains were more like soup than curry with only 4x king prawns in each, no substance whatsoever, just an oily, milky broth. I had high hopes, not anymore!!

It would be difficult to thank Lala and his staff anymore than we have done,despite early electrical issues resolved by one of the guests everything was great.120 guests arrived to a warm welcome entertainment and a brilliant buffet which achieved very high appraisal.Thank you once again apart from a fantastic night £2380 was raised by very generous guests and the generosity of the Mumbai Restaurant.

Arrived at the restaurant to be told your on that table, so we sat ourselves down waited fir a while., so called some one over to order a drink when drinks arrived some drinks where missing. After 30 minutes someone came to take our order, order arrived 30 minutes later and was only warm my wife's and daughters where cold After a further 15 minutes someone came and asked how the meal where told him they where cold, he replied there's nothing I can do and walked away.
