"This is one of my favourite places to visit in Preston as it is one of the only places that does have vegan options and the atmosphere is so lovely. The staff that work here are always so welcoming and friendly when you arrive and are always happy to give you recommendations if you're struggling on what to have. My favourite to eat here is the vegan wrap that is so tasty and is creamy rather than tomato based which I find rare to find in vegan options, and it comes with a side salad and a pot of houmous! I would also highly recommend the cactus juice which is 100x more tastier than it sounds I promise as it's very sweet and refreshing. They do a huge selection of teas, I would also recommend the peach oolong which comes with lemon and a pot of honey (although not suitable for vegans it's lovely for veggies to sweeten the tea). another one of my favourite teas here would be the blooming teas that they have a few to select from, however i would only order this if you have lots of time as you have to wait for the flower to bloom but when it does it is so pretty to watch and it's very cleansing. The tea room itself has also got such a positive vibe as there is usually music playing in the background and there is artwork covering the walls that are all for sale."

no vegan restaurant, but has a few nice vegan options that are delicious. the portions are good and it tastes much healthier than most restaurants. if they order tee, they automatically bring honey, so they may ask that not be included.

While not exclusively vegan, this restaurant offers some delicious vegan options. The portion sizes are generous and the food tastes healthier than many other restaurants. If you prefer your tea without honey, be sure to request it be left out.

We had a good experience at the Mystery Tea House with delicious food and purchased some tea to go, which was excellent. However, we were disappointed by the lack of understanding about veganism from the staff. Despite clearly stating our dietary preferences and ordering items listed as vegan on the menu, we were still served honey and dairy butter. Ver carta

we enjoyed eating in the mystery tea house and even bought a tee to take away what tastes good, but the personal seemed to lack basic knowledge about veganism, which is always a thing. we have made it clear that we were both vegan, and ordered clearly listed vegan food from the menu, but the personal still brought us real honey and milk butter on our table.

There is no mucking about with this place. Large variety of teas. I'll be honest, I know [censored] all about tea. The staff have been very helpful and accomodating as they've let me take notes on aromas and even sample some of it. Even asking for reccomendations won't do you wrong. Now, personally the more important stuff. The food. It's hard to describe, I could say it's hearty and honest. But that's not enough to truly describe it. My personal favorite is the New Yorker; a seemingly innocent looking toasted ham and cheese sandwhich but so much more. It's kept me coming back and it's a better afternoon spent than in a pub.
