"some of the paintings have already been seen passing, today eaten the first time at lunchtime. I like the interieur very well, as I eat not in zürich, but somewhere in the far world. (I don't need the smoked sticks in the room where I eat) the concept that was not yet known to us was quickly explained with a "please come to the theke" and then we were standing there on the buffet with freshly cooked. the portions that are made from them are huge, you get even one more probable from another court according to desire and the price is super! we are coming back!"

Extremely friendly and flexible. I can't understand the other bad review. It was very tasty and reasonably priced.

Excellent food with friendly staff. It's an Indian fusion restaurant which we found really nice. Tandoori chicken was great as was the freshly prepared carrot juice. Ver carta

The three of us spontaneously went here for lunch. The staff was very nice, the portions were good and we all enjoyed it. I think it's good value for money and would come again.

Ordered plain rice, chapatti, momo, daal fry and vegetables. The chef is a nepali and the owner also speaks fluent nepali which was homely atmosphere for us. Recommended for nepalese cuisine if you are around technopark zurich Ver carta

Decent Indian restaurant good for a quick lunch break. Food is good but not exceptional, you stand in queue to order and pay like in a canteen, get your meal on a tray and find yourself a place to seat. Not so cheap for this kind of setup.

after the good reviews we went to this restaurant with great expectations. the service was very nice and the food also tasted good, but it has long been on the lean. by the next morning we had quite belly cramps... no more for us, thank you

"This is my fav Italian joint in Zurich. La Famiglia Tremonte is a small, family run cafe-restaurant that serves excellent and authentic Italian food at prices that are low compared to the norm in Zurich.Famiglia Tremonte is rather inconspicuously located at the corner of Zurlindenstrasse and Birmensdorferstrasse, a couple of doors away from The Desperado Mexican Restaurant. You might need to look for it a little: I lived practically next door and did not notice it for almost a year, and even then a friend had to point it out to me.The restaurant is mostly a takeout with very little seating, i.e. 7 people inside, and when the weather is goo, about 5 people outside. The ambience is basic but, like most things in Switzerland, the interiors are very clean. Staff and service are very goo. The food here is awesome! Authentic Italian fare that is probably heavily influenced by Sicilian tradition since that is where the family is from. I used to visit almost every day because the food tastes great and the prices are so low for Zurich. I have tried almost everything: several pasta dishes, polpettine, stuffed bell peppers, meatloaf, piadina, and of course, the fabulously tasty and hot chilli infused EVOO. I enjoyed every dish I ordered. Great stuff! I strongly recommend the super-hot chilli infused EVOO as a seasoning for almost all dishes, but especially the pasta dishes that come in a cream sauce. Please be careful with chilli EVOO: 0.5 tbsp. for noobs, and a max. of 2 tbsp. for those who like it hot. The chilli EVOO, when used appropriately, adds great flavour to your dish. The piadina is the best I have eaten - period. I have been all over the world, spent a lot of time in Italy and New York (: great place for Italian food lovers :), and I still think this is the best piadina ever. They also serve some nice Italian desserts -- I've tried a few but have forgotten the names. They also have a small selection of Italian ingredients for sale. I bought the pesto and was happy with it. You also get a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic Italian drinks to go with the food.Prices are relatively low by Zurich standards: I rarely ever ate for more than CHF 15, and if I skipped the drinks it was usually around CHF 10. Of course, this varies a bit according to what you order.Highly recommended. Glad I found this place. Great for office workers in the vicinity."
