Pizza came on time but it was fairly cold. I had to re heat it in the oven . It was ok but definitely not as good as it used to be . Ver carta

Horrendous 2 hours and still waiting phoned up and now they won't answer the phone so no food and no further forward Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Used to rate this place but has gone downhill recently. The staff on the serving desk don't seem to know what they are doing sometimes and the food just isn't as good as it was. Got a couple of pizzas with chips a couple of weeks ago and the chips were black. They must have known this before putting them in the box. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

We’ve ordered takeaway twice now first time it arrived over 30mins late but with a complementary dessert to apologise. We can’t ask anymore and put it down to being a one off. Tonight we’ve ordered and again it was almost 30mins late but this time with no acknowledgment of that. Food is lovely when you get it but not a great record on stated delivery times ! I called to order food for delivery tonight, but was informed that they weren't taking phone orders. When I mentioned I'd pick it up instead, I was told they weren't taking orders over the phone at all because they were too busy. So I had to place my order online. I asked what I should do if I couldn't order online, and the person abruptly hung up on me. Very disappointing customer service. I guess I'll be going to Devito's instead.

Ordered from here on Sunday and the pizza came all mushed up and squashed in the box it wasn’t really eatable, and we therefore called and spoke with Ben who was very helpful and credited £10 for the food and the delivery. We then called today to order using the credit and had a very rude member of staff on the phone. Laughing whilst speaking with her manager and being very rude speaking about my partner (forgetting she didn’t mute the phone). After already being on the phone for 20 minutes, I then took the phone and asked to speak with the manager who again was very rude laughing whilst speaking with me. Will not be ordering from here again. Nice food but very poor customer service.

I ordered from this restaurant on Sunday, and unfortunately, the pizza arrived all squashed and unappetizing. It was practically inedible. We called and spoke with Ben, who was quite helpful and credited us £10 for the food and delivery. She was laughing with her manager while we were on the phone and made disrespectful comments about my partner, forgetting to mute the call. After being on the line for 20 minutes, I asked to speak with the manager, who was also rude and laughed during our conversation. I will not be ordering from here again.
