fresh pizzas! a great place to lunch at the weekend! freshly made pizzas and a few Italian beers with the youngs. If you didn't try this place then you must!

The food was excellent, even though I was totally stuffed I couldn't stop eating as it tasted so good. The welcome and staff are fantastic which creates a great atmosphere.

Service was friendly between us we had, for starters, the salt pimiento squid the salt fish fritters followed by curried mutton grilled creole swordfish steak. All very tasty just filling enough for us to go on to a concert without feeling stuffed! Ver carta

a good night out! I visited the camden filiale this week with my friend. we enjoyed the entertaining atmosphere of this place as well as eating! we had both pizzas that were very generous and very good! I would definitely recommend this place to others. try it!

my friend and I ordered the same dish, spaghetti bolgnese and the food was very good. the problem is that we had to wait for the food. when we came to the restaurant, there were not many costumers when we arrived at that time. while we waited for the room was crowded and we saw some people coming after us to order their food, to eat and then to go and our food had not arrived yet. Not the best pizza in London, although some might disagree with me. The overall ambience of the place is that of a food chain restaurant, with nothing too special about it, really. The food is not bad. Portions are generous and pizzas are well topped, although a little too oily for my personal taste. Staff serves fast, although a little non-charmingly, it seemed to me. Maybe it was that night, maybe it was us going for dinner at last shift, but overall service made us skip service charge, so not a premium experience after all. However, would be happy to try again and change my impressions any time: everyone is entitled to a bad evening every now and then!

La Porchetta is ideally located for anyone going to a gig at the Roundhouse, which is exactly what my friend Daniel Walker and I did before reliving our youth and going to see Taking Back Sunday last week We came because my dining companion had been raving about their takeaway pizzas from when he lived in Chalk Farm, but I wasn't in a pizza mood so went for pasta instead.
