Staff seemed uninterested and were not friendly. Was really disappointed with the food which came out cold. Certainly did not look appetising. Would not be returning

Terrible service. Had to leave without being served. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. They didn't care about the customers. Stay away from this Nanos, very disappointed.

A recent visit to this place and the toilets were absolutely filthy. Left me thinking how their hygiene standards are in the kitchen. No soap in any of the canisters! Gross needs attention urgently! Ver carta

Visited on a weekday lunch, as it was summer holidays I was expecting it to be busy! However is was quiet.. ordered on the app which is easy enough, the food came quickly and was nice however the service was iffy! Not a smile or if I asked for some mayo it was just a grunt.. shame the staff are not happy!!

I received excellent service from a server named Kelsey. She was very welcoming and helpful with my order, making sure it was fast and efficient. She also took the time to double-check my order. I have been to this restaurant a few times and Kelsey has always served me with exceptional service. The people she served before me also seemed happy and left laughing and smiling.

We place an order for 2 leg of chicken and more than 6 side dishes. The answer sorry we can give more than one leg for the table and also we can give 6 side dish per table . So I ask for the manager to complain Manager not professional at all to sort out the problem only apology and left us hungry at the table I will not going anymore to this restaurant. So Funny that me and my wife walk out hungry!! Ver carta

Who doesn’t love a cheeky Nando’s?! Went for a bite to eat after shopping and was looking to enjoy a value for money meal but was a little disappointed. The corn in the cob was burnt and the chicken was over cooked and dry. This ny local Nando’s and this was not a pleasant experience so I don’t think we will be returning. The atmosphere from the woman who served us didn’t make us feel very welcome. Ended up ordering a pizza because we couldn’t eat the food.

We came to nandos and asked if the garlic bread was Definetly dairy/soya free, from then the service was amazing and the team went above and beyond, our server was absoloutly amazing! Would reccomend 1000x over. All of our food was labelled “allergy” and they said they cleaned the grill before cooking any of our food so no cross contamination! So happy with the service. Having a baby with so many allergies is really difficult especially going out to eat. Super impressed! Thank you so much

I placed an online order at 8:55 PM and was told it would be ready at 9:20 PM. When I arrived at the restaurant, it felt like I was being ignored as I waited for my order. When I inquired about the status, I was told it would be another 5 minutes, but it was obvious they hadn't even started making it. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for my order to be ready. To make matters worse, when I finally returned to my car, I discovered it had been clamped due to the excessive amount of time it took to collect my order. This wait time was absolutely ridiculous.
