Fantastic customer service from jade (I think) food was a bit late but kept us updates and refreshed with a snack excellent customer service

Great place to eat and very friendly staff. The only issue I had was the waiters had an old dirty mask around her chin surly this should be removed.

They we really friendly and helpful from the second we set foot in the restaurant. Food was 10/10. Everything was brilliant. My boyfriend and I loved it so will definitely be returning soon!

I have been meaning to try Nando's for a while and if this, my first experience is anything to go by I will be visiting my local branch soon. The food was excellent, the service was excellent.

Avoid-waited 30 mins for starter then everything came together all the food was like warm no apology and the coke was flat I have been to many nandos and I have had enough of them there is no consistency Ver carta

Our family just had a wonderful time at Nandos Bournemouth. The staff were amazing and were so friendly, and patient and kind. After ordering, there were a couple of items that they no longer had in stock, but they rectified it really well. One of the servers was particularly good at talking to our children to help them order. Of all the Nando’s I’ve been to this is my favourite of them all. Big up all the Bournemouth Nandos crew!

Nandos. It’s like Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. It was very nice, especially with the new VUSA X Hot flavouring. Was cooked very nicely. I have docked a star due to the fact we ordered the wing roulette only to be told they have run out of chicken wings. Was a little ironic. That’s like a Dulux store running out of paint. None the less, nice staff, and quick service. They have no floorboards, and Damian was nearly eating cardboard.

Ordered Nandos Delivery (via Deliveroo). Order consisted of one chicken burger, one chips, one chicken wrap, and one portion of spicey rice. Total cost over £33 including service and delivery. Told (by the app) it would arrive between 7:36 and 7:46. Finally arrived at 8:01 cold and inedible. Deliverer was clearly confused, English not his first language, told me that Google was wrong, and my address is not where it should be! Never again Nandos. Deliveroo forget it Only rated 1/5 as there is no zero option. This really ruined a birthday. Nandos customer service offered £8 refund.
