"No welcome on arrival, we had to ask three times if someone could take our order. We'd booked for 5.30 to allow time to eat before the Tuesday night football at the Valley. There were only three tables in bar ourselves at this point. It took nearly 1 1/2 hrs to get our mains, all the time the kitchen was prioritising Take Aways for Just Eat customers over restaurant diners. Other people were complaining about the wait around us. When our starters had come and someone came to the table to ask if everything was ok, he'd turned around and walked off before I could compliment him on the starters. They literally didnt give a toss, apart from their friends... To add insult to injury I'd just got up to ask about the wait on the food and a waiter proceeded to put a plate of fried chicken and a bowl of chips on a table in the corner behind us, there was no one sat at the table, until two lads arrived clearly their buddies and sat down to eat when we had been waiting over 45 minutes for our mains. The food arrived, my butter chicken consisted of huge chunks of dried out chicken in yoghurt with some spice mix, my friend's chicken biryani was cold, my peshwari naan was soo sweet as to be inedible. We left after 5 minutes of getting our mains having paid. Safe to say that's a disaster not to be repeated in the same place!"

Absolutely disgusting service. Got a buffet at £18 per person for reheated food packaged rice. Owner of the small man on floor was absolutely rude constantly staring and making me and my friends feel uncomfortable would not recommend this at all

from us went to the alternative to Christmas dinner. had a large selection of appetizers and netzen, we were surprised at the amount from which we had to choose when the restaurant was so busy. the personal was fantastic and could not have been more attentive and friendly. all for each cure. will definitely call again soon.

all round a good meal. had tapas starter for one and aloo tikka. both good. main course was meat tawa and tandoori prawn. delicious. it was a scandal that they did not have grilled fishing capital, but the garnels were good. spun rice for chips has loaded. Garlic-Nan was great. all in all a delicious meal. very clean and pleasant server. we made ourselves bigger. Ver carta

After waiting for 2 hours for delivery, I tried calling to check on the status but no one picked up. I decided to go to the restaurant in person to see what was happening. I was informed that they never received my order through Uber Eats. After some confusion, they found my order but accused me of providing the wrong name, which was not the case. When I finally got home, the food was cold and the service was not very good.

The takeout from this restaurant was terrible. The food was awful. I ordered chicken tikka masala, a mixed grill, 2 naans, and paneer tikka. The paneer tikka was bland - just 4 blocks of grilled paneer with no spices. The chicken tikka masala was flavorless and greasy. The mixed grill was also bland, with mostly fish. The seekh kebabs tasted of fat. Even the sauces were disgusting. It was a waste of £40. This is definitely not gourmet food.
