Well, it just can't get worse for a stay. They also charge 25 Sterling to park. The food was poor, and the room was deplorable. Just nickel and dime for everything. Parking was the final straw. Well this is one of the true 5 Star Experience in whole of Scotland. There isn't much to do in Inverness But this Hotel really helps you to dive into luxury and just relax. Went there for my first anniversary and enjoyed it. The only downside is that you have to pay £20 for the parking. The breakfast was also good with a good variety Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 4

A gorgeous property in a great location. But, we didn’t think of this as a five star property. They have very young people working at the restaurant and they clearly had very little experience. Service was slow and they’d often forget to bring us things like cream, more coffee or a drink. The staff were extremely formal. Really nice place. Staff very attentive and very friendly, looked after us from arrival to departure. Would visit again and would recommend. Rooms: The room took a little while to heat up, but that is one of the vagaries of the Scottish weather. Stayed here to celebrate walking the Great Glen Way. Being welcomed with a glass of champagne was really the only way to end walking 21 miles from Drumnadrochit. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. There was a slight mix-up with our room, which meant we were in an accessible room but this made no difference to us. Appreciate the honesty from the staff over what had happened, especially from the Ops Manager Christopher. We also ate in the restaurant, which was excellent, especially the dessert. Lots of choice for breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended if you are looking for somewhere special to stay.

I'm a brain injury survivor who booked a rare treat out for afternoon tea after taking delivery of my new Motobility car..I was treated with the upmost respect and good grace,pampered from the minute I walked in. The food was immaculate and melted in my mouth leaving such divine taste explosions afterwards,the savoury treat been my favourite the gateaux a very close 2nd. The staff are exceptional in their service,faultless. My day was made complete by my visit to you..Thank you for making a brain injury survivor glad She did survive to be now blessed and able to taste such delights as yours. From start to finish: BRILLIANT. I had the filet of sole and a side of broccoli. The sole was prepared with roasted chicken butter sauce, mushrooms and crispy capers and baby shrimp. Please see their menu on their website. All I can say is this supper took me back four decades to when I spent a lot of time in Southern California. It was perfection, revisited. Just wondrous. Awaiting dessert. We four had deconstructed strawberries and cream and chocolate: you simply have the come here because I can't describe how luscious and yummy they both were. My partner had the Cod, which he said was, also, perfect. Come. Eat here. Savior these wondrous flavors! Service was excellent.
