Decent portions but best of all a chippy that knows how to fry

Best fish and Chips in Cornwall, as always, shame the fish market's are arrificially inflatably high.. And they boys cannot buy big fish anymore.

I love doctor who, I'm a whovian and the chips were amazing even tho I walked an hour and they were in my bag, chips were warm and still tasted nice.

Hands down some of the best fish and chips in Cornwall. always fresh, crispy and hot; large portions are enough for 3 people and curry sauce is rich. Prices are reasonable and atmosphere inside is unique.

Do not waste your time going anywhere else. If you're willing to wait a bit (which is worth it because everything is made fresh to order), then this is the top restaurant in Helston. The service is excellent, the staff is polite, and the portions are very generous. We ordered medium size meals, and honestly, the amount of food was quite generous. Just be nice to the staff, as they have a large collection of Daleks that can exterminate or deep fry you on command! We will definitely be coming back here when we are in Helston.

Me and my partner are pescatarian and so we for specifically asked for one portion of scampi alongside the usual fish and chips. However instead of scampi we realised we were given chicken after having eaten a whole piece. On top of that, what we thought was scampi was actually chicken, the chicken was dry and hard. The food was beyond greasy too. By the time we had realised the shop was closed. Absolutely appalling. As a response to your response, I understand mistakes happen but you made a big mistake. The shop was not busy at the time we came. Your excuse is not good enough. Mistake made or not, the food was very mediocre and yes it was greasy, I wouldn’t have stated my opinion on it had...
