Very expensive drinks aimed at the tourists I suspect. Charged £6.90 for glass of wine that was listed as £6.40.

Ash and Luke are fab, so friendly and welcoming that we have been back again and again. Can’t wait to visit again in 2018

Had a lovely lunch here today with family, highly recommend the fish pie, one of the best I have ever had. Will definitely be visiting again!!

Our week in Eype wouldn’t have been complete without our visits to the New Inn. A very warm welcome awaits, very dog friendly, lovely friendly service and good food. Go visit. Ver carta

Enjoyed a walk across from West Bay in the hopes to find this pub. Certainly not disappointed. Considering we were only stopping for one, 3 ales later we departed the pub thoroughly refreshed, relaxed and absolute certain we will be popping back in the future. So prepare.

We’ve just returned to our holiday bungalow after a lovely evening at the New Inn for my husband’s 50th birthday. We’ve been to the pub a couple of times during our stay, and I can’t fault it. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone is so welcoming and the food is absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend the New Inn to anyone looking for a decent, friendly pub with fantastic, locally sourced food and drink.

Looked on website at the mouthwatering photos of the food on offer but was very disappointed with the reality served, in particular the portion sizes. The burger was served with five sweet potato fries, the fish pie was over cooked and dried out and the lamb cobbler (poor lamb stew with one dry scone served on the side not baked on top??? , was served with lumpy mash reminiscent of school dinners. Sorry New Inn but we won’t be back. Ver carta
