"I am writing this review honestly and straight to the point, because I do not give negative reviews lightly. The only positive thing about this restaurant is that my Diet Coke came in a bottle. I ordered the chicken satay and when it arrived, it was overcooked and difficult to cut through. I struggled to remove the tough crust and the chicken itself was tasteless and dry. The knife provided was dirty and the table was not properly cleaned or replaced. After this disappointing experience, I have no plans to return. It is unacceptable to serve such low quality food to customers. Freshly cooked chicken should not be hard to come by. Perhaps the restaurant's all-you-can-eat policy leads to subpar cooking and service. It is a disgrace that serving freshly cooked food is seen as inconvenient."

The buffet menu at this restaurant is fantastic. The Kung Pao chicken, duck pancakes, and braised tofu are all delicious options. Additionally, the sauces that accompany the dishes are all excellent.

Amazing takeaways and all you can eat buffet! Cant wait to go back inside and eat once restrictions lifted as such great food and great owners.Our go-to Chinese takeaway...! Can't recommend highly enough

We ordered a takeaway to be delivered but unfortunately we received the incorrect order with the main dishes missing. As it was so busy that night they promised us they would give us a free takeaway to make up for it. Sure enough when I...phoned over a week later they remembered and duly honoured their promise. Great meal in a very challenging time for all takeaway restaurants. Thank you

Have now twice pulled off the M6 and eaten at New Regent when travelling long journey. What a lovely restaurant. It is spotlessly clean (not the latest decor but spotless). The staff are all so friendly. Has a super family run feel. The ‘All you...can eat’ menu is great, the portions they bring are small, just the right size and if you want more you order more and it arrives pronto. Thank you Team New Regent we much prefer to stop off with you than the huge motorway services.

this restaurant doll has mixed reviews, but I thought I would see for myself. the menu is extensive and the staff very friendly. it's a pity that they're eating. we had the Mongolian crispy lamb, barbecue ersatzrib with...BBQ sauce and chicken with ingwer and early tweezers. the ribs for soft and delicate, but the sauce had little taste and was very watery. the lamb was not crispy, but very chewing and not nice to eat. the huh had no sauce, little ingwer and a real disappointment. all courts were higher that we are also used, and quite honestly, this meal was a waste of money.
