Valentine day and ordered food at 6:24pm to be delivered by 7:20pm, then at 7:35pm I HAD to call to find out where the food was and it was delivered at 7:55pm because it is busy- yes well it is Valentine’s Day! Opened the bag to find half the order and now sitting here waiting for the other half of our order. I am so Disappointed and spoilt our Valentine’s evening meal!

Today we ordered Chinese fried rice, schezwan fried rice and chicken noodles, the fried rice was just like a boiled rice and pieces of chicken , rice was not fries and no spring onions,carrots,soya sauce nothing , inface my wife had to add all this, do the cooks or chefs whatever we call them know how to cook Chinese food or do they need to take some classes from my wife how to learn to cook Chinese food. Very bad experience will never order from them and tell people to avoid this restaurant.

Placed an order at 7:30pm. Check the hygiene rating and they have a 4 out of 5 which is good. Delivery was going to be 1 hour. Checked that they are only 15 mins away by car. at 8:40 pm no sign of food so i called and the guy said to wait another 20 mins. Waited and called at 9:10pm and asked where my order is, was told 'I already told you to wait '. Well we did wait the 20 minutes, rude person on the phone and told them to cancel the order. Lucky that i know never pay by card always pay by cash. Didn 't lose money, but wasted time. Only order if you like to eat imaginary food.

I ordered food from here now two times and it's been amazing food and all way's hot and full of flavours the food was cooked perfectly and so tasty I will keep ordering food from here with no problem keep up the amazing job up people. The Sweet Sour Chicken Balls with sweet Sour dip it was cooked perfectly and it was amazing Sweet Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style was amazing and outstanding, the Crispy Shredded Chilli Beef was so nice and hot and cooked perfectly, Chicken Chow Mein was so nice and Delicious I liked the Egg Fried Rice was nice and cooked perfectly thank you so much it fed 3 of us

First off, the delivery time was outstanding, it arrived with SAS precision. Upon opening the bag, I was disappointed to find the sweet and sour sauce I had ordered had leaked and thus covered the other contents of my purchase in a layer of precious sweet and sour, to which I was hoping to save for the chips which were poorly seasoned, yet fried well. However, the crispy shredded beef was excellent; not overly crispy, and seasoned beautifully. I ordered a small egg fried rice but luckily received a large one. The balance of rice and egg was spot on. Overall I would say this is an above average Chinese restaurant for London and I will certainly return again, .

We have ordered here many a time now but we have noticed over the last couple of months that the food has gone totally downhill. I 'm a chef by trade so I know that they haven 't been changing the oil that they cook in. The prawn balls have come totally overcooked, the batter shatters in your hands because they are so dry and the prawns inside u can 't chew. Crispy chilli chicken is not crispy, they smoother it in garlic sauce. Almost made me gag. The special fried rice tasted funny so I 'm hoping I won 't get food poisoning. I can still taste it now and actually feel sick. I rang them and told them and the fella on the phone was pretty much silent and just said sorry . Avoid

I ordered 2 Sweet Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style, it was really nice and Juicy cooked perfectly with lots of flavours and it was still hot when I got it. I ordered 1 Crispy Shredded Chilli Beef it was amazing cooked perfectly with lot's of flavours not really Spicy or Crispy maybe it's was because I ordered and had it Delivered to me at home? I ordered Sweet Sour Chicken Balls with Sweet Sour Dip it was amazing Fully cooked perfectly and so Crispy when you bite in to the Chicken Bill's amazing job there I have to say thank you and it had a lot of flavours as well. So last night I decided to order Chinese food, foolish enough I didn’t read reviews, I was on my way home from work and hungry. The food arrived as soon as I arrived too which was a surprise as it only took 15/20 mins. (Alarm bells) it’s more than a mile away. I ordered the Starter for 2 2 x Hong Kong S&S chicken Singapore fried rice As soon as I opened up the packaging I knew it was bad. The smell was not welcoming, inviting or created any sense of interest. All I could smell was grease. Visually it was DRY, burnt, appeared to be yesterday’s leftovers that had been blitzed in a microwave or the manager to cook it all on an extremely high heat and very rapidly. This is a review about delivery. Not able to review the restaurant itself as we're in lockdown so delivery or takeaway orders only. I was very disappointed with my experience today to say the least. I had previously ordered via Just Eat and had a better than average experience but you don't get the option to customise your dishes as you want (which we did want) so I ordered from the website. The order total came to £47.80 and there seemed to be a tracking feature on the order.
