I stopped by before the Rotherham United match today and had a wonderful meal. I highly recommend the double cheeseburger and chips, and I will definitely be coming back for the next home game.

Always phone these guys for a hot pork apple and stuffing sandwich they are really tasty and always have plenty of filling. The spicy chicken wraps are really tasty as well plenty of salad comes with it. Ver carta

I decided to try this restaurant after receiving a recommendation and was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was delicious with generous portions and value for money. The establishment was very clean and the owners were welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I don't usually put reviews on here but had a few sandwiches here recently after being recommended by a friend. Both hot and cold are delicious. Great choice of fillings and reasonable prices. Phone orders taken too and they deliver to work. The new owners are really friendly and if they keep this up they should do really well.

Called in here today after taking my car for an early morning service. My hunger pangs were soon sent packing as I tucked into the Mixed Grill with Mushrooms in a Sandwich, with Brown Sauce and a large mug of Coffee. Perfection on the palatte. He left my car at Stoneacre just up on Canklow Road and needed somewhere to go for some lunch whilst I waited. This was the perfect place! Just a five min walk away. I chose a chicken panini and a cuppa. Lovely friendly girls in there. (Think they may have been family? Anyway it was the end of the day for them (closing at 2pm and so were clearing up but I didn’t feel in the way or anything. Spot on little spot. Would recommend!

The best part of my work day is starting off with a hot breakfast sandwich from NY Diner. They really know how to make a delicious breakfast sandwich! I have been working my way through their menu and everything is cooked with care and served with a smile, along with some friendly banter from the owner. I suggest ignoring any strange comments you may come across and just give them a try. The only downside is having to loosen your belt after a meal there. Keep up the great work, NY Diner!

There are now new owners of The New York Diner Takeaway, they are so friendly and it is not completely family run, service with a smile is defintely what you get here now, competely re-vamped inside, all gutted and cleaned out properly, with proper service now on offer, prices are very reasonable and the food is out of this world, especially for someone eating on the go! with space to sit and enjoy your breakfast with an up to date newspaper and a cup of hot tea/ coffee or hot chocolate, New York Diner is a perfect way to kick start the day, or to take a break during a busy day! As a customer I could not really ask for more and will definitely be returning quite few times in the future!!! Ver carta
