Amazing food with great service. The atmosphere is likewise very good. The portion size will definitely not leave you hungry. Perfect place for date night.

Really good kitchen, with a variety of food, especially for vegetarians and vegans. I love to come here with my family. Only negative thing would be the lack of the some of the staffs language knowledge. Apart from that perfect for a nice dinner!

So glad that this place is right by my hotel. It came highly recommended and I was glad I was able to have dinner here. Since it was just me, I was able to get a seat at the bar. It was pretty cool because...it looks in on the opened kitchen. Everything that I ate was delicious. Might have to come back again.

We went to the Nhy Star as it was close to our hotel. The fact the menu had English subtitles helped enormously, lots of choice and very reasonably priced. We shared three starters and two mains each was delicious. Clearly it was a popular...venue and was pretty full soon after opening at Great atmosphere and good service.

I love this restaurant as the vegetable always is super fresh. I have tried all the food from Pho category and love all of them as it contains a rich stock (based on the waiter, hours of cooking meat). Also, the portion is generous...and they offer you to serve it in two bowls for you. The staff are so polite but not really friendly.

On a recent business trip to Dortmund , i ate here times in day’s due to the food quality and menu variety. Most dishes are served with your choice of meat or vegetarian option, with over menu choices . They also serve...Saigon beer, which is a real plus as well as the local Bitburger brew. Great food, very light and tasty, definitely recommended

I’m by no means a connoisseur but my wife is vegan so we opt for Vietnamese restaurants where available if we are travelling. This was one of the best, it had a few vegan options but I went for a chicken curry. The usual flavour...were delicious (lemongrass, chilli, ginger), the portion size was on the generous side and it was ok value Maybe it was because I was on my own but I got my food in under mins from sitting down. The staff also had a basic grasp of English which I appreciated though I know not uncommon in cities I hate being the cliche Brit going around expecting everyone to speak my language.

We were in Dortmund for a football match. Stayed the whole weekend. Experienced the people (wonderful), game (fantastic) and town in general (small but diverse and fun). Overall a great experience. We went to Nhy Star on Friday evening. The vibe in the place is...bright and energetic and people all seemed to be having a nice time. The food was good (above average but not great by any means). We got three different apps and three different entres all were solid and tasty. Wine/spirit list could have been more expansive, but that wasn't the end of the world.
