"Being a Mainzer living abroad, I dine at Stein 's Traube at least once during every single of my trips back home . Food is great with a slight regional touch which is lovely! , quality is consistently high, portions are big for this kind of medium to...high end restaurant i.e. there is is enough food on the plate to call it a 'meal ' , service is always very friendly and efficient, great wines from the region, very nice contemporary ambience try to book the main restaurant, if possible. They have two dining rooms, the other one being a bit more rustic in ambience .... an all around pleasant and very tasty affair at good prices for the quality you get!!! We went there last Sunday for fresh white asparagus from the village itself , accompanied that with a very well paired Rheingauer Riesling .... delicious! If you are looking for great food and wines, prepared very very well look no further! Fully recommended. We will return ...again !"

"Pizzeria Popeye Why do you call a pizzeria after a whirlpool? I find no indication, especially the operators are real Italians. Was Popeye Italian? I don't think so. At least there are some dishes with spinach on the map. But from the front... This small pizzeria lives mainly from delivery and collection. No one is lost in this corner of Bretzenheim. Neither a sign shows here, nor can you see it remotely, simply hidden in the middle of the residential and office blocks. I noticed when I bought rolls nearby. My lady was sworn twice with friends and from the fresh pasta. Then it can't be that wrong. The ambience is, how should I describe it? Let me know. A glass box, right next to a KFZ workshop, within the “kitchen” and a counter on the drinks are prepared. A few more tables. I haven't seen any toilets, but I think I'm around the corner in the same building. Then there are outside seats. Every campsite is more cozy. The lady naturally chose fresh pasta, and there are seven different varieties of different fillings. Tortelloni Ricotta e Spinaci (9,50 € Of course a finished product, but a very good one. The huge noodles beautifully outdated, the filling really tasty, good parmesan and a beautiful muscat note. And that we had to wait ten minutes until the bill could be requested, is not a testimony of good performance. But they're kind. There's still air up there. 2* The ambience is not. 2* And clean it is only on the table. That's enough for 3*. I can't judge inside. Total impression: 3 – if it results, again! All the little things I can see if I want to go uncomplicated food. Only why is the Popeye Shop called? (1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – when it comes back, 4 – again happy, 5 – necessarily back to the kitchen trip."

"The Greek restaurant, always called Zur Krimm, is often the meeting place for many regular tables and the destination of many adults when visiting their parents. Mainly responsible is presumably that the food in the Olympic restaurant can easily withstand any such critical view, at least my experience. This is partly due to the fresh and high-quality ingredients, many of which are available, because simple, boring dishes are simply not offered. Even a kind of flat plate comes with great refinements, so that you can see taste nuances that I was never allowed to experience before in a Greek restaurant. The meat dishes are particularly good thanks to the in-house charcoal grill. The menus and dishes on the menu are very different and varied, but their number is not exactly high. "Estuve destinado en Main Finthen hace unos años, así que di un paseo por el camino de los recuerdos. Hice un viaje en solitario a Europa y encontré mi camino a este restaurante. Había hecho reservas para la noche y realmente no sabía dónde ... estaba. Me estaba quedando en Mainz pero visité el antiguo aeropuerto de Finlandia donde estaba destinado. Simplemente pasé caminando y supe que no regresaría esa noche. Entré y pregunté si podía comer algo rápido. Les dije que cancelaran mi reserva nocturna.
