They sent me the wrong order and when I tried calling them they cut me off half way through conversation! DO NOT ORDER

Have been ordering from Noodlebox for many years now great food, good sized portions for the price, delivery can sometimes be a little slow

Superb service; friendly and great food! We had the chicken bento box and a noodle box each. The delivery was very reasonable; arrived hot and was very tasty. I’d highly recommend exceptionally good value! Ver carta

The chicken was undercooked and the owner had a bad attitude when asked to reheat it. There was chewing gum under the tables and a strong smell of grease and grime. Please avoid this terrible place, as it is unprofessional and unclean.

As a strict vegetarian for over 20 years, I recently ordered the Veggie Sweet Box from this restaurant. However, upon eating the noodles, I was shocked to discover that what I thought was tofu was actually chicken. I am extremely angry about this mistake. While this place is usually good, they have completely failed on such a basic aspect.

I used to enjoy Noodlebox back in the early 2010s, but it has declined rapidly since then. While the food is still decent, the restaurant lacks the charm it once had. It feels more like a storage unit now, the atmosphere is unwelcoming, and you may even have to dine with a vacuum cleaner in sight. If that's your thing, then this might be your new favorite spot. We order for delivery, rather than visiting the restaurant. We don’t order regularly from here, but on two occasions we received a meat dish instead of the vegetarian version. One was something in the vegetarian bento box (possibly the gyoza), the other was chicken gyoza instead of the vegetarian. We made a complaint on their website and by email and received no reply, which is why I’m now leaving this poor review. Otherwise the food was ok.

So my housemate and I ordered takeaway from this place the other day, and we both bought a box (him noodles and me rice), and we shared a veggie sharing box with the starters. I bought the Fuji rice box and was very disappointed to find it had no snow peas in like it says on the menu. I understand that it may be difficult right now because of Covid to get hold of certain ingredients, but if you don 't have something then take that item off the menu to avoid disappointment. But the other main complaint, which was the same for both myself and my friend, was that both boxes had very little stuff in them except noodles/rice. I had a previous bad encounter with noodle box back last year when I was called a liar by the management. I ordered calamari and was sent some sort of round things. I rang up to obviously inform them of their mistake and the manager actually turned round and said you’re a liar we can tell the difference between calamari and the item I had been sent. I had to send a photo to the managers phone to show them what they sent and I was told oh well we can’t all be perfect as you obviously are.
