Ignore the Building work at the moment, this is a lovely hotel, spacious well designed rooms, very clean, great nights sleep and situated well in the centre of the City

the restaurant novotel is much less popular in the evening (normal halls are closed). the setting is quiet and modern, reduced but good dishes, staff with small care. good surprise by the reduced addition thanks to the online service of the fork which is not negligible! Ver carta

I'll start with the service that really came out. Personal and attentive. The Foie Gras and the Noix St. Jacques were very tasty while, where necessary, the ingredients were adapted to our needs. The tables seem to be a bit too close together, but the restaurant wasn't full, so that it didn't bother us at all. Recommended.

I really like this hotel. The room is nice and good quality easy to access WiFi is included. Breakfast is very good. I appreciate the location within walking distance of many of Strasbourg’s historical destination including the cathedral. As I had some weekend free time this was a useful feature not to mention many nearby restaurants.

very nice discovery for a restaurant located in the novotel hotel of the halls square. Very nice frame. service is really excellent and very professional. the dishes were refined and excellent. small flat, a lashes or a hair on my husband's endives, but the incident was quickly resolved and a commercial gesture was offered to us. I also recommend their wine, an organic rosé that was excellent. Ver carta
