"Found the L'Insolite whilst wandering through. the streets of Lourmarin. Welcoming waiters, who got us seated and drinks all very efficiently. The restaurant has an Italian theme but has a wide choice from Pizza, to steak some fish dishes etc. We both decided on the Moules Gratinée as a starter which were very good and I selected a tuna fish steak which I enjoyed as it was cooked just how I liked it. My husband chose a large salad but found it to be quite rich as it consisted of various meats and pates. Service was good just the right pace. A pleasant meal but nothing remarkable."

"J'ai déjeuner seule pendant que mon époux était en réunion de travail. J'ai choisi la salade Lisa (salade, tomates, pignons, tapenade, écoutons, olives, pomme, saumon, melon et normalement amandes que je n'ai pas trouvé) J'avais demandé de ne pas avoir de tapenade ce qui m'a tout de même était servi. Heureusement posée sur croutons donc facile à enlever. Ce n'était pas mauvais, sans plus, assez copieux. Cependant je trouve tout de même un peu cher payé pour 16€ un maximum de verdure.Pas eu spécialement envie d'un dessert à 8€."

"On a slightly chilly and breezy Monday evening in mid September we were struggling to find somewhere to eat as most of the other restaurants were closed. Pizzeria Dou Luberon mostly provides take away but there are a few little aluminium tables and chairs outside. The owner this is a one person operation) said there would be a wait of 20 25 minutes because people had ordered over the phone and we said that was OK he said we could sit at one of the tables and offered us a glass of wine white/rose/red from a wine box which was actually very good and very reasonably priced). While we were waiting the other outside tables filled up with local people and there was a really enjoyable atmosphere. Our pizzas did take a bit longer than promised we were sustained by the wine boxes) but when they came they were worth waiting for really excellent, and huge! We really enjoyed this unexpected dining experience!"

"Venus to celebrate a birthday between Christmas and the day of the year we were charmed by the places and the service! Delicious dishes, cooked perfectly, well presented with ingredients of very beautiful quality. Smiling and very friendly service not to spoil anything. Very reasonable price for a complete menu with regard to the quality and generosity of the portions. I recommend!"

"Lack of professionalism and total disinterest... Reservation made by my partner in August for a meal at Guillaume Goupil 's for October 14th on the occasion of my 35th birthday! We received a call on Saturday October 7 to tell us that they would be unable to receive us because they had a wedding that evening. No solution was found except to direct us to another restaurant and tell us that it 's "200% their fault, except that if we moved it was to have the pleasure of eating the cuisine of MOF Guillaume Goupil (2 hours drive . We therefore lose our rental next to the restaurant. Their only offer is to offer us the Aperetif if we can come in December and that the service will be of quality if we come (for a gastro it 's the least we can do .. Birthday ruined.. We are used to this type of establishment but very disappointed this is the first time that we have been snubbed in this way.. We have been the leader on its networks for some time social workers thinking that French excellence was part of their value, is unfortunately not the case. And this is the first time that I have taken the time to put a negative comment on an establishment."
