"Second stay at the hotel. We brought our friends there 16 with 8 children and always the same impeccable reception. Hotel and restaurant delighted us. I reiterate my opinion two years ago. "Super reception! We were very well received in this hotel on an incredible site. The staff is of an unusual kindness. The rooms are very functional and very clean. "we had dinner last night in the auberge. there was no place on the terrace and they have a table in the main room near the terrace and just in front of the lake is the location great and that is excellent....The furniture is a bit old but warm and we enjoyed it. the children's menu had a multiple choice between hamburger, fischfilet or omelette with homemade fries. the hamburger was good and the fries, while the omelette was a bit spicy with pfeffer pieces in good taste, but my daughter was not used to pfeffer we had two large salads, one with deeds and foie gras poêlé, salat and nuts. good and delicious. the other salat was with cheek cheese (which was kindly replaced by goat cheese, as we have wished) tomato, green salat, ice and watermelon. we were overall satisfied with eating, in average, but a bit disappointed by the cost of glass of aperitif (a local muskat,) which was proposed and we also as up to 7 EUR/glass for a total of 28 eur. we could have ordered a bottle of good weins instead"

"The place is magical and full of history, but above all enjoy dishes with truffles from the entrance to the dessert, savouring the lamb or calf of the farm, to the eggs of the brouillade that come from the chickenhouse of the Domaine de Majastre. A young leader with a huge talent that subjugates your taste buds. And a whole family, what do I say, a clan, which is very careful with you. Many truffles in the dishes, I had the pleasure and honor of visiting the new restaurant in the property. Who will open in a few days.
