"the affluence on August 15 to annecy is colossal, and many inhabited restaurants have reserved. a desire for local frying allowed us to settle in this restaurant. Anxious for the service because we had to quickly take the road, in fact no problem, everything was very well. welcoming and smiling staff, each in his role, nothing to say. a hearty dish that has envy our table neighbors who have ordered the same thing (blacks, fresh fish from the lake). reasonable price for a local specialty."

We ate in this restaurant last night: very good reception, very good and hearty local dishes, served in original containers (burner stove, milk pot for the wine bottle).we did not take dessert. last point: restaurant well placed in the heart of old quarters

I was told that it was good but frankly the little frying that I took was any, too cooked with fries either saying house that came warm, fat and came more from the house freezer than from the kitchen. Frankly pass your way, it would be time for real restorers to be differentiated.

We ate a very strong wine fondu at the limit of the drunkenness... a lot of tropil has to ask 3 different servers to have a coca that in the end arrives without bubbles. a waitress in particular that should change the trade the servers run right to the very fast left we ate stressed Ver carta

the frame is deliberately (?) very kitsch, and there are many covers. menus are very copied, but the quality is not really at the rendezvous. The tartiflette is crammed (with an immangeable crust so it is cooked) and made us sick. the reception is tourist. There's a lot better on annecy, and we find that this has deteriorated since last year.

we go out of the restaurant: not terrible, we ask for the addition because the little one sleeps:20 min! no dessert for the little ( applepot or ice ball) one asks apple pot one has never seen the color ... one asks when the addition there is no more. and don't take a salad, we offer you a support and you pay 3 more euros! and when they leave they tell us soon lol has never been ....

"We had a weird feeling about this restaurant when we were given 2 menu books WITHOUT any price at first. Turned out that their gastronomic pricing didn't match their brasserie standard at all. My friend asked a couple of questions about some dishes, the waiter...was very puzzled and passive, said a couple of times that he didn't know. After that, we were served some kind of MUSHY OLD bread before the meal. If this was a sign of welcoming from the owner, then he failed right there. In our main courses, apart from the meat and fish ingredients, each of us got half of a small potato, 1 small stick of leek, 1 lonely cauliflower, some smashed petit pois with the size of a small coffee capsule, and 1 line of smashed carrot. Looks like the quantity one would place on a plate of a gastronomic restaurant with 8 courses, except that this is NOT a gastronomic restaurant, from the plastic menu, the furniture, the old bread, the cutleries, the different menu pricing and the service which failed to describe the dishes. The worst part, was when the waiter came and asked us if everything went well, I gave him the feedback that the food was good but the veggie was way too little. He first proposed us to eat more dessert, then when I said no, he got so upset and defensive that he even pointed at the kitchen telling me that I should go to see the chef and discuss with him myself. Why bother asking your client how their meal was if you can't receive a candid feedback? Being a frequent traveller, coming from the hospitality industry, I have to say this place is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Unless you have too much money and eating next to a canval is way more important than being treated in a disrespectful manner, and leaving the restaurant with a happy stomach."
