"A real surprise, we often eat out and I don't usually write reviews, I don't like to put places in a bad light either, I didn't review out of friendship either, because O Triskel is a beauty, we ordered the menu of the day without expectations, to get by and no, dedication, sensitivity and knowledge. There are the details that enhance a simple dish, a remarkable interpretation of hummus, a perfect quarter of veal, and an unforgettable lemon mousse. So, having seen what I've seen, I cheered myself up with a black coffee, which was very very good, accompanied by some shots of PX Toro Albalá and an excellent Canarian malvasia. Even for a fast meal, one doesn't usually bother to compliment the service. But what we ate today was ennobled by the love of the craft and that is fair and has to be said. El restaurante está ubicado nada más entrar en el club de golf. Las instalaciones sencillas son elegantes y agradables. El servicio es muy atento, tanto del jefe de sala como de los camareros. Una cosa que se ve a menudo en el extranjero, pero muy pocas veces en este país, es que el cocinero salió para cerciorarse que todos los platos habían salido bien. La comida es excelente. Pedimos un vino que nos pareció que se ajustaba a lo pedido y el jefe de sala nos comentó que el vino incluido en el menú se parecía mucho y que no hacía falta que pidiéramos el vino de la carta.
