Oishi will quickly become one of my favorites in Reading. We had dinner last night. Great food and atmosphere for a reasonable price.

I like this place..the food is good..the restaurant is small but reasonably quiet. Friendly staff..perhaps could be a bit more proactive. Food is great.

I had some Nigiri and Maki for takeaway. The price is a little bit high but the taste... it's phenomenal. It's worth it. A little gem of a restaurant with friendly staff.

This is probably the best sushi place in Reading. Fresh, well made sushi, comfy seating, friendly staff and reasonable prices. There are also plenty of non sushi options that also look delicious. Definitely worth a visit!

Went for my son's 16th birthday as he's a lover of sushi. Plenty of parking found on Western Elms Avenue, short walk to a small and cosy restaurant that had an ample menu. In short go. Everything from the udon noodles to sushi was fantastic. You could see the care that goes into the dishes through the open kitchen. We'll be back.

I love this place absolutely. we order here so much! always the same predators, remaking and sushi! once the journey delivered the food different, so I didn't get my food, but the restaurant re ordered it for me if not I had paid and no food received. they also sent us a lot of compensary bits to thank our purchases, as we are regular customers and so much love them. I'll go to dinner.

This is a small restaurant, we had booked a table for 6 in advance. The atmosphere you get walking in is that of a simple take out place, and not where you want to sit for a cosy meal. I had the vegetarian option and it tasted good. Not all bowls or glasses looked clean so it wasn't a great experience. My colleagues got their sushi on a single plate so they had to share, remember to ask for separate plates if you want that.
