"My partner reserved a table for my birthday. A confirmation request message was sent to us at noon and we only became aware of it at 5 p.m. When we called the restaurant again we learned that our reservation had been canceled. They did not apologize for this situation but offered to come at 9:30 p.m. It was late but we still wanted to celebrate this occasion so we accepted. Arriving at the restaurant at the scheduled time, the welcome was frosty. A lady coldly asked us if we had a reservation, pretending not to find our name on the list. We told him that yes we had a reservation and reminded him that we spoke by telephone in the afternoon. Very quickly the chef arrived “to the rescue” of the lady, positioning himself in a defensive posture, with closed points on the table and told us in a very familiar way and without any word of apology for their delay “we had says 9:45 p.m. We had the feeling of being kicked out. I would like to point out that my partner is black and that there was no mixed population in this restaurant. It seems that we don't fit into the boxes. We were happy to celebrate my birthday there and to taste a cuisine which is undoubtedly very good but this restaurant is far, very far from being a high-end restaurant from a point of view of service and quality. home. Very nice experience in this new “land” establishment created by Raphaël Régo. Don't miss the tuna tartare and mushroom tart. The meats change every 15 days and are cooked over the coals.
